I was forced to be stranded standing outside alone in the dark at 8pm because the manager refused to properly check the store to give me my keys. She wrote a note and held it to say she will not open the doors. She offered no help after I continuously stood at the window to ask her to check certain areas I went to in the store. I had to call 911 to have police sent to the building. There were at least 5 associates in the store but no one would help me and they stopped making eye contact. After about 45 minutes of waiting outside the building, she slowly without haste walked to the front door. She did not immediately give me the keys, she held them and waited for the other employees to come out and form a circle around me then she gave me my keys. I felt so threatened, I did not know what to expect and there was no way I could defend myself against so many people. There was no one there for me. As soon as she gave me the keys I rushed to my car and cried as I called my husband. She offered no apologies, no assistance and no explanations as to why she would treat me so harshly when I have done nothing wrong. I simple needed my keys so I could go home. You shouldn't go around treating people like a criminal just because of a false idea you have about black people. What is the policy for leaving a paying customer outside stranded in the dark? Then when you realize you are wrong, what is the next step? Is there any training on customer service? My intent is to file a formal complaint, I am a human I should be treated equally to...
Read moreDon't shop herhere unless you like to be stolen from. I've had 2 separate incidents. The first incident I took off my toddler's shoes and put them in the cart to try on new ones and when I turned around they were gone. We searched everywhere and they were gone. I chalked it up to being random.
The second incident my daughter put her wristlet on the shelf to try on shoes last week. Someone snatched it. We searched everywhere. Talked to the staff, no one cared or offered to help. After an hour we found the wristlet, my 14 year olds babysitting money and gift cards gone. At check out I said something to the staff about it and couldn't even get an "I'm sorry." I'm seriously thinking it's the staff...
