Peter Piper Pizza — Restaurant in El Paso

I will say that the only items I have tried are their pizzas; however, it is hard to mess up pizza that is mass-produced, so no surprise it is good pizza. I have only been twice; both times my order was messed up. This latest time I explained what I wanted at least three times; that 2-1 topping large pizza deal for $19.99, I stated extra cheese as my topping, one thin crust one regular. I would think that was a relatively simple order, apparently not. So after being charged the “coupon” price, saving me about $5 maybe, I received two regular pizzas; no extra cheese and no one thin crust pizza. Mistakes happen and it is what it is, but the reason for this review is mainly due to the rude cashier that messed up this order. Of course there is something to be said about her aptitude, messing up what is a simple order, but when I asked to take a look at their novelty cups to observe the type of plastic they are made from. The cashier under her breath with attitude says, “They are made from plastic”. I rate this location 2-star because their pizza is good, but it comes with a roll of the dice as to whether or not your order will be correct with an extra side...

By far the best pizza anywhere. The place is very well kept, restrooms are very clean. Game area is well maintained, if a game has a problem they resolve it quickly and without attitude. Customer service at the counter is hit or miss, most of the time they are good but for the most part they work like your botheting them for placing an order. Funny because the supervisors and managers are very polite just shows me that this is not being passed down or not being corrected. Young lady in the front today just stared at me waiting for me to talk no greeting, i said hello, she continued to stare i placed my order she looked at me i gave her my card then the receipt came out she grabbed it with a pen and just held it in her hand near her until i reached out to grab it, i said thank you and she turned away. I give this detailed description so that maybe the management will see it and correct the front counter...

I usually get good pizza from here. This time I ordered two large pizzas and 20 wings. When I came in they had black stuff all over the floors and the pizza box was covered in black char from oven. The cook was looking really dirty and their was a huge black spot of char on my pizza. I uploaded both of the photos for proof. Very disappointed because the manager was right their and boxed up my pizza and when he opened to let us inspect it. He immediately saw the problem and closed the box quickly so we couldn't see but we did. Poor management and a nasty dirty cook. Wings tasted like they been sitting...
