TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Steer clear of this location. they should not be operating any more with their awful attitudes and poor concept of customer service. We ordered online only 2 meals and 1 kids meal with an estimated time of being ready in 25 minutes. We show up at the time specified only to be told the food was still not ready- NONE OF IT! then were made to wait an additional 30 minutes while they barely decide to prepare the meals meanwhile others just walking in to the restaurant to order, all got their food right away.... makes no sense since we had ordered online to have it ready sooner yet somehow had to wait longer. Then when asked to speak to the supervisor, the employee went to get her and the manager spent a few minutes going back and forth with the employee asking them why she needed to come address our concerns and eventually she made her way to speak to my husband. He let her know what a bad experience we just had and the lack of customer service in addressing the issue and her response to him was "well then don't come back to our location" as she walked away. We had to call back to find out the supervisor's name so we could complain to corporate and were just told they have no manager but the shift leader is who we dealt with and her name is Jeraldee. Obviously Panda Express does not care about quality of service and employs individuals that do not care about having a job let alone wanting to be at their job. This is truly a sad situation especially with everything going on but as requested we will definitely NEVER return to this nor any other panda express location and we will make sure to let all our friends and family know as well that they should avoid this place...
Read moreSo usually love going to panda and I usually don’t do reviews but this place has forced me to do it so here it goes. In probably the last 10 times that I have gone to this location more than half the times I have to just leave and not get anything because they don’t have hardly any entrees to choose from. So apparently they stop making food 1 hr from closing time. They keep you sitting at the drive through with no other customers in the line at all which would be the time it would take to make some entrees then wait on you. I finally asked what would be the wait time for an entree when they have 45 minutes to close left not to mention the 10 minutes I was waiting for someone to help with the order with not a single customer inside or outside and they just tell me “ they can’t make the food that’s on the menu” so if you had no food at all would you just stop working?? And this is often for this location I literally drove to another Panda Express on the other side of town getting there with the same amount of time to close in reference to the time that I had arrived they were quick on the mich as well as quick service and offered to make the food that they did not have ready so it can be done it’s just this location has poor customer service and poor management with time probably too lazy to fix something and clean up really quick like it’s not the end of the world to clean something it’s ez work. Just in a hurry to get off work is what it seems like to be honest. But hopefully they can fix this ongoing issue that they are having because they have been doing this for awhile. Oh and just adding this in here they forget parts of the order...

I go here because I live nearby but have decided to make the drive to hawkins simply because the food is hot and ready and the service is soooo much better. The food at “ Martin Luther King” Panda (orange chicken) was overcooked, and the spring rolls tasted stale and were cold. If I go an hour before closing they usually only have 3 items available to order and when I offer to wait for the entree I want, the girl tells me “they can’t make more and are required to only serve what they have already prepared.” Clearly this is only THIS location that this applies to because when I have to resort to drive to another location, they are more than happy to prepare the entree for a short wait even 30 min before closing. It is understandable if I’m there right before closing . But an hour before is plenty of time to prepare an entree . Seems more like they all just want to go home early and do the least work possible. This location used to be good. But has definitely gone down the tube . Even my parents hate going to this location now because they say the food tastes like crap now. I’ve kept trying because everyone has their off days. But this is one too many times especially if you add the times my parents have had bad service and bad food that tastes like it’s been sitting out cold all day. Definitely needs a manager here to intervene because these kids have awful service and preparation....
