Went today to boss at 2:36 to get my husband some food for his work lunch, and I usually have a great experience with the employees I placed my order I was firm but spoke properly, the lady ( Barbara) wanted me to repeat the order cause she didn't hear so I got louder and said it a little faster she got it the second time. But as I pulled up to the window she had the audacity to talk to me like I was an employee of hers and had a very crappy attitude she immediately told me to speak slower next time cause that's why they mess the orders up. She had no reason to say anything to me when she heard the order when I repeated it for her and when I tried to explain that I did say it slow and firm the first time she proceeded to cut me of and told me "have a nice day" with the worst attitude and shut the window immediately after. This is unacceptable clearly she had a bad day but when you work you keep your problems at home and you do your job the way it needs to be done. Read moreEach visit to this location keeps getting worse. I can never get through to them over the phone. I called for almost two hours and no answer. They never greet you or acknowledge you while you’re waiting to order. It seems as if they need more people working. I understand they get busy at times but the customer shouldn’t be completely ignored. I’ve had an argument with the manager once about my order being wrong and he insisted that I made the mistake when I knew I did not. He did not bother to fix the problem or make me feel any better.
