I purchased a pre-owned Pathfinder vehicle on July 6, the vehicle was at the reconditioned center where they conduct the inspection process and fixed anything that's not in decent shape since is a pre-owned vehicle and I understand is not perfect, I received the vehicle almost 3 weeks later and the SUV did not have the oil change conducted, no engine filter, no cabin filter was replaced, the SUV was very dirty, side mirror was broken, tires were bald and not safe to drive I communicate to the staff, and told me they were going to fix it apparently, the sales staff was decent but the dealership, in general, was not as professional as I remember, probably my last vehicle purchase with the viva dealership, be aware when you buy a used vehicle not the whole process of inspection is done at all. Is not very hard to do the inspection and this dealership failed to do so. Also, I wonder how can the vehicle pass the texas inspection, because the inspection sticker is done at the dealer. Now the dealership doesn't have my thrusts. Management seems to have a sense of urgency to sell, but not to fix any issues regarding the sale. Today is almost been a month a no SUV has been returned, they have no paid my previous loan, and also no exact date for return has been given. This will be my last purchase with this car dealership. This was the worst experience at a dealership.

My salesman, Ivan, was awesome, as was the dealer for my purchase of a new 2025 Nissan Kicks SR AWD in beautiful Arctic Ice Blue. Ivan is the very best salesman I have ever dealt with in my over the 50 years of new car buying, and the purchase of my 5th Nissan, and 2d Kicks. Viva Nissan gave me a discounted price from the MSRP price, online through the Navy Federal Credit Union’s “True Car” program and stuck to it. Ivan didn’t add a bunch of extra charges beyond the MSRP that I didn’t want, like the other dealers did. I had previously received a non discounted price from a different dealer through the Nissan Buy@Home program, but the dealer would not honor the price. He added over $2,000 in charges, ignored the Nissan deal, and would not use the cheaper sales tax for where I live. Ivan is an excellent and caring salesman who cut through all the negotiation tactics and games that other dealers use. He made it possible for me to do everything online or over the phone. Then, he drove about 65 miles one way and delivered the car to me at my home. I highly recommend Viva Nissan and would love to buy another car from them with Ivan as the salesman. He is fantastic, the best ever!

I will never give this place an opportunity to earn my business nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. I was contacted by Viva Nissan about purchasing my BMW. The salesperson that initially contacted me was not there when I came in. Marcos was the associate that attempted to help me. I was told leave the car so the Service department can check the car. I left car Saturday afternoon no paperwork was given to me. Marcos said he would call me by 10 on Monday. I never received a call from him. I had to call him. When I called he said he would call in an hour. Still no call from him after 2 hours. When I called back no answer. I find this as a very unprofessional way to do business. After waiting all day with no updates I decided to pick the car up. When I arrived it took forever to bring the vehicle. I had to ask again if the car was being brought up. Horrible customer service. I will never buy, trade or sell a car here. Plenty other car dealerships around here. I don’t need to beg Viva Nissan to do business with me.

Sales department was an interesting experience nothing beyond the normal. From negotiations back and forth to try and get the fairest price, to the final paperwork process in finance trying to slow down to get all the specifics of the deal there was nothing special about the experience, almost negative as you can feel the supply and demand tension when negotiating and it puts the dealership in a postion of power when negotiating knowing if they can't max profit with you then they can sell it to someone else but nothing really jarring there. Where they really fell apart is the service department and failure to appropriately do pre-inspection of the vehicle and allowed the vehicle to be given to me without almost any oil in it causing the car to have some early issues that I had to fix myslef. Unfortunately, the "lifetime warranty" is non transferable to allow me to choose my own car care providers for the life of ownership and was explained that all work must be done at Viva Nissna to continue with warranty or it becomes void. There are other dealerships that will allow you to service your vehicle at whichever Nissan dealership across the country so I should have probably gone with them as I don't trust the service department at Viva Nissan given the huge mistake and will have to get service outside of Viva dealership and thus void my warranty they over price to cover. Salesman was a overall positive experience as he did his due diligence to attain all information that I requested about the vehicle but he did lie about vehicle aquisition options and down payment for hold of vehicle. They do change thier information as the deal progresses to profit thier numbers and situation. Down payment for hold for example was $500 and told to be non-refundable then down payment was needed to purchase vehicle and will be refundable so shady sales strategy there by management. Management is tough with negotiating and forced me to give a down payment I assume to bend the numbers. Overall it was not a special experience it was like much of the dealers everywhere, you will hard negotiate, fast finance to just sign and leave, and service was the worst with lack of pre-inspection process being done correctly but it's a dealership so all of this is to be expected unfortunately in...

I’m updating my review. They took longer than they said to payoff my car and in order to avoid a late payment being reported on my credit I had to make the payment. It’s going to take two weeks to be refunded. While I do like my car this entire experience has been ridiculously frustrating. They say to contact them with concerns but there is hardly any follow up.

I bought my previous Rogue Select from Viva Nissan and was interested in a new Rogue Sport. I’d visited when I saw a new 2017. They said it was available but when I came in the next day they said it had been sold to auction. I looked at the 2018 they showed us and was still interested but we could not come to an agreement with the pricing. The new 2018 Nissan Kicks came out a couple of weeks later and I inquired about it and was asked to come into the dealership. While there I was clear on what I wanted and didn’t want to go more than the 72 months. The sales manager Alex showed me a high payment which I said no to and asked for my keys back. He asked me to wait to he can rework the numbers. The second pricing he came back with was about $10 more monthly than I asked but was 75 months. I told him I wasn’t comfortable with 75 months. He told me that if I can’t afford the extra $10 then I can’t afford the car. My issue was the additional 3 months worth of payments. I said no and again asked for my keys. Alex the sales manager came back with my keys and while in the middle of the sales floor said “Do me a favor. Don’t come back.” I left and it was such an upsetting experience I called back and spoke with Alex and told him I was asked to come in and it’s not okay the way he treated me. He doubled down and said that I was wasting the salesmen’s time. I called in a complaint and the general manager Adrian reached out to me to apologize and said he can help me with getting the Kicks for what I was essentially asking for. I accepted his offer and went back and am happy with my vehicle and they were a lot nicer and more helpful this visit. I appreciate what they did to make up for the bad visit but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place, especially from a sales manager. The new salesman Chris was very helpful and while I didn’t get the car I originally wanted I am happy with...

I had an appointment it took 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change. They only had two technicians working. Normally, when there is an oil change with a multi point inspection, the technicians are supposed to inspect your vehicle. Prior to paying for my oil change, the service advisor gave me a piece of paper with all of the recommendations to be done at a particular mileage on my car. When I observed the long list of things that need to be completed that they recommended a particular mileage, I asked the service advisor. Did you guys actually inspect the car or look at previous notes because most of these things have been recently done by Nissan. The service tech informed me that no it has not been inspected. This is just what is required at a particular mileage. I got my car back and I went around the block and I realize they did not put any air in my tires. This is not something that I should have to tell them to do. I have done plenty of oil changes with multi point inspections, and they automatically put air in your tires when the tire pressure is low. I also noticed that there was no washer fluid in my vehicle. I also told them there is no windshield washer fluid in the vehicle. When they looked at it, The service advisor poured washer fluid in the car right in front of me then said oh it’s leaking” then walked away. Did not give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix. They just poured washer fluid in there in front of me and said “it’s leaking that’s why” and walked away. All the list of things that you guys gave me as a recommendation, No one cared to actually inspect the washer fluid and tell me why it is leaking. Overall, my car was not inspected. They just gave me a list of things to be done at the recommended point of mileage. when I try to explain certain things to the service advisor, he spoke over me instead of listening to what I was trying to explain. I will not be coming back to...
