I don't want to dog the place, but it's a weird experience, it's like Black Friday for dumpster diving.

You have to dig through gross piles of open dog food, unknown spilled chemicals, underpants (that may have been worn), so many cheap gross wigs, and actual trash to find random Amazon returns that you can't even imagine you wanted a few seconds before you saw it. It was fun at first when it opened, but...

The resellers and organized gathering gangs have made the place really un-fun, especially on Fridays, they will camp overnight to be first in and they fill multiple carts with the best stuff they grab it up fast like it's a game show, then they park their many carts on the sides of the store creating traffic jams while they go to collect even more stuff and others lay on the floor or boxes to rest between runs which people then have to go around with hundreds of other people.

My last two visits I left empty handed because it's now so picked over and the constant tossing wrecks the items quickly, it's now just becoming trash faster.

If they open a few more of these Amazon return stores in the area to ease the pressure off this one, maybe I'll go back, but last time I went it was so unpleasant and the people so mean, I have to honor my pride and quit digging with them...

POSITIVES: My Mom & I love going and rummaging through the bins for goodies n fun items. We like to help families and students with lil gadgets. We like the crafty items, as they keep my elderly Mom busy. Have found some really unique n odd items that you wouldn't expect. So muxh fun scavaging through all the gadgets n gizmos. We drive almost 2 hrs to come visit this location.... Its our Mother/Daughter day.

NEGATIVES:

Miss the Wednesday, $1 day bag & cart specials... Sometimes its hard to get to tables n items on Fridays, as frequent shoppers n resalers grab up a lot of items and block the isles with their SEVERAL carts. Also some shoppers have been aggressive and take things outta your hands or push you aside while grabbing stuff. It gets a lil overwhelming unfortunately, so we have decided to just visit on the lower priced days with less competition and stress. 🤔

IN GENERAL: REALLY COOL STORE. UNIQUE N GENERAL ITEMS FROM AMAZON & OTHER WHOLESALERS. Friendly staff and cashiers. My Mom & I LOVE our fun times there rummaging n talking to other customers about items. We like to take our time and have fun. Joke about silly things we may find. Then get excited about items we could use or help others...

I went yesterday and found some good stuff to be approached by a lady and she started to look through my stuff, started accusing me that I was stealing because there was various items on each bag, one bag was full of underwear (same size same brand) and started telling me that i put them there when thats how i got it , the other bag was 2 waist trainers same size same brand inside one bag, she took them out snd said i was stealing in-front of everyone,I told her to take it(the bag) and she took my cart, I left the store crying and humiliated, later that day I called and the owner answer and apologized and told me to ho cause he was going to give me a gift, mind you i live 45 minutes away from this place, so i drove all the way there. He told me to get 2 free things but i was so upset that i couldn’t find all the stuff i was going to buy yesterday , but i was already there wasted my gas, i went to the register and the lady was so rude to me , when my boyfriend was asking her questions she wouldn’t talk back she was ignoring us, I always come here but after this im never going back its so upsetting they need to learn customer services skills they are so rude...
