Horrible Experience at Road Runner Pizza🤯

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Road Runner Pizza that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I placed an order through DoorDash, and when it arrived, I noticed some items were missing. Naturally, I reached out to customer service for assistance. I was directed to contact road runner and the employee informed me Robert would drop off my pizza in 15 minutes. It has been 30 minutes and no one had arrive to my apartment with my missing order. So I called road runner again.Unfortunately, my interaction with Aaliyah was far from helpful. She seemed completely clueless about how to resolve my issue, which only added to my frustration. After waiting for what felt like forever, the manager, Robert, showed up to deliver the missing items—30 minutes later than expected. What was even more shocking was Robert’s attitude. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, he accused me of being rude for expressing my frustration. He even went so far as to say he hopes I never call them again. This is baffling behavior for a manager, especially when a customer is simply upset about missing items from their order. It’s truly disappointing that a local business would refuse service to a community member over a legitimate concern. This experience has left me questioning their commitment to customer service and satisfaction. I expected better from Road Runner Pizza, but it seems they prioritize dismissing customer complaints over resolving them. I will not be returning, and I would advise others to think twice before ordering from here. My brother introduced me to this new pizza place during my previous visit to El Paso. He absolutely raved about the pizza and so of course we had to get some. I think the pizza was very very good. The crust had a good buttery flavor and the toppings were generous. I definitely would order pizza from them again.

I also ordered chicken wings, however, they kinda missed the mark. Maybe it was just this one batch but I ordered garlic parmesan and nobody in my family could taste any garlic or parmesan. You could somewhat taste it enough to know it was the correct order, but there definitely was not enough flavor.

They are a small business and so I hope they improve on their wings so that they can stay in business for...

This really is the best pizza i've had in many years. All the ingredients are fresh and plentiful! you are not getting shorted here. Rita is THE pizza maker there...and shes the owner along with her husband Farah! she makes damn sure you are satisfied with what you see before you take it home. The entire crew provides great service and the choice of pizzas are plenty. Wings are juicy and have great taste. Breadsticks are right on point. OH I almost forgot to mention , THE PRICES ARE GREAT! you get a lot of pizza for the price. You cant go wrong going here. THIS definitely is MY pizza place.
