Wow, this was probably the worst Whataburger we’ve been to in the last 15 years. The fries were burnt and looked as if they had been laying around the fryer for some time. The chicken strips were cold and hard, there was no gravy in the box, no ketchup, and no napkins. I don’t know how any of their shift leaders could have not notice the quality of the products being given to customers. I really think their corporate office should audit the restaurant and their processes to ensure that they are performing to standards. I will never go back to this restaurant again and will continue to let people know about the horrible experience…. * the only bright side was Candy, one of their cashiers… she was smiling, polite and respectful the entire time we were there. They should be thinking of promoting her as their shift leaders and staff might learn something from her. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and will be sure to forward the pictures of the food to the city so they can check if the products being served are up...

Worst experience at a Whataburger I've ever had! Order the w h a t t a chicken and asked for all condiments to be put on the side... this order was to go. Arrived at my destination opened up my sandwich they had the lettuce and tomato separate but smeared their sauce all over both buns... how difficult is it to not put condiments on a sandwich when condiments were asked to be put on the side...??? Told a friend of mine about it and his remark was as follows... 95% of the youth today does not comprehend the entire English language because they are not taught reading comprehension in school so therefore they don't have a clue that condiments mean more than just tomato and lettuce! Then he went on to explain with a question, by asking me why do I think they have a job at Whataburger or McDonald's or Burger King or any of the burger joints???
