Las Fuentes Restaurant — Restaurant in El Paso

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This was by far the worst restaurant experience in El Paso Texas.

I went with coworkers and ordered a Mexican burger without avocado because I have a serious avocado allergy. The waitress was told clearly, but my burger still came with avocado. When I sent it back, instead of remaking it, the staff scraped the avocado off and swapped the bun—leaving avocado residue on the patty. This is incredibly unsafe for anyone with food allergies.

While I sat waiting, I could hear the cook and staff mocking me, saying I was being “picky” and that they didn’t want to remake the food. It was humiliating. There were no other customers and no music, so every word carried.

When the burger came back again, they refused to redo the cold fries, and the entire meal felt careless and unsafe. At checkout, the cashier skipped past the screen showing the charges, clearly trying to hide that we were charged for the burger.

The waitress admitted, “I know, I’m sorry,” but that doesn’t excuse: •Allergy negligence – risking a customer’s health. •Bad service and disrespect – mocking a customer openly. •Dishonest billing practices – hiding charges.

This is hands down the worst restaurant in El Paso Texas. The food is unsafe for people with allergies, the service is rude and unprofessional, and the entire experience shows they don’t care about their customers.

If you’re searching for places to eat in El Paso Texas , do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant. There are far better spots nearby with better food, honest staff, and...

Atmosphere is nice. I love the heavy wooden chairs and tables and the decor. The food is very inexpensive, which is nice!

But....the service is just so-so. We asked for tortilla chips several times and never got them. Had to ask for salsa several times before it finally was served.

The salsa is delicious! The gorditas are crispy, and the breakfast plate is a great bang for the buck. The Chile Colorado was good. The picadillo burrito was waaay too salty and the amount of meat in the burger is way too little for the size of the bun.

I've eaten here several times and will go back again because the prices are just fabulous, but I haven't found the dish that I just...

The food is not great what u read on the menu and what u c on display is not what u get mexican burger I ordered were not exactly what u c on the picture outside the building the portions in the burger are for instance. The ham, weenie were quarter size. The avocado was a drop of liquid not cut avocado cold bacon that grease has been sitting there all morning. Not the monster burger they display. Whoever says this is the best food must work there! Try it yourselves once and u will c that im right. Service was everybody there clowning around by the beverage dispenser. We were only the two people in the restaurant it took 25 to 30 mins to bring the food...
