EL Remate Discount 3 — Local services in El Paso

I rate 0 , my first time here and I needed to go to the restroom before i continued to look around . Being pregnant I went to the back and while the door opened to the restroom a kid handed me the key and lock and told me to give it to the cashier , I told him Thankyou and went in. I had a lady of the name Maria knock on the door like the police and told me to get out of the restroom . I told her I’m trying to hurry and she continued to say if I didn’t get out she would ban me from the store . She said I needed to give the cashier my id before using the restroom, I told her I had no idea we were required to do that . I got out and told her not to speak to me in the tone she was speaking to me in and I asked for her manager . She later took me to her daughter up front and Her daughter continued to fight with me about the restroom policy but I told her my complaint was more about Maria and her tone not the policy . Then 2 more customers came up to the front and had the same complaint, the lady upfront said there was nothing she could do about it . I never got to see the store and just left . I really hope there’s a way I can make a complaint since I was one of the 3 people who...

I give them a one star because of staff. Not everyone just one particular person. Keep in mind majority of the items are either broken or already opened. I was looking through the items and saw a box that I was interested in which was already opened. I peeped inside did not take anything out and this worker speaks to me in a rude matter and demands me not to open any items like if she saw me first hand open it. This lady was bickering with me going back and forth with me and would not leave me alone. I even had to leave to the other side of the store for her to stop. The worst part is is that they announced it in the intercom and announcing my particular situation with this lady which was unprofessional, rude and uncalled for. Like how old are you??? Even the people around me were even shocked and said wow. Customer service is a huge part of their job and if they can't do that then that this place is going to go down to the ground like their...

I recommend visiting the other El Remate locations if possible—they’re much better in terms of service and overall experience. However, if you find yourself having to come to this one, I completely understand.

I’m giving this location one star mainly because of my experiences with the older lady at the counter who wears glasses. Each time I’ve gone to open an item, she’s been unnecessarily rude and bossy, making the whole shopping experience unpleasant. If it weren’t for her, I’d probably spend more money here, but instead I choose to shop at Black Friday and Liquidation for better service.
