Horrible experience tonight. I'm really disappointed. I usually have great experiences at TCs but tonight was just awful. The girl taking my order in the drive thru asked me what type of quesadilla and I told her chicken then asked her to add a medium coke to my order. In the middle of telling her she was giggling then went silent for 2 min before responding sorry I didn't get that what was it again? So I repeated myself. Then i pull up and pay, she hands me my kids drink and my order and says goodbye. I remind her I'm missing my coke then she looks perplexed so I showed my receipt and she said " oh yeah I know". I check my bag and half my order is missing too, no kids meal so I tell her and she insists it's in the second bag, I told her no its salsas, she continues to insist so I pull out the 2 bags and show her it is just 2 bags of salsa and finally she goes and grabs the rest of my order that was on the counter. Now I'm trying to enjoy my dinner and was about to dip my flauta into the salsa and guess what?! Its frozen solid!! So forget the salsa. Then I was trying to dip it in sour cream and a big piece of white plastic is what I bit into. In took pics at this point because I am utterly disgusted with this experience and after being a frequent customer I will sadly not be returning to TCs any more, at least not this one...
Read more. Well, to start, my order said it was ready for pick up at 8:07 and was not able to pick it up until almost 8:30. When I was standing waiting for my food I politely asked if my order was almost ready. The employee responded with “well your order was very large and it’s been a busy morning” with a very negative attitude. What is the point in ordering online if the food is not even going to be ready at the expected time. I would understand if it was just ten minutes but I waited 25 minutes for my food that was suppose to already be made and was late to work. I received a notification saying my order was complete and ready for pick up so I don’t know if they gave my food to someone else or what happened. I get to work and give out the tacos and there is absolutely no cheese, not even blended in. To add more flavor to the beans we added the pico de Gallo, only it gave too much flavor. I don’t know if the employees intentionally added every single one of the seeds but the pico de Gallo was so Spicy that it was not enjoyable to eat. Then I proceeded to pour “sweet tea” and it was not sweet tea. I have ordered two gallons of sweet tea and received two gallons of unsweetened tea. Can you imagine the disappointment in that. I would like a refund for my...
Read moreBy far the worse Taco Cabana I have ever visited. I called to place a large order of tacos, 8 dozen of breakfast tacos to be exact. I understood that this was a large order so I apologized to the person on the other end of the phone as soon as I made the request. She responded "ma'am for an order like that you need to call a day ahead." I apologized again because I didn't know I would need so many but had to have them for an event.
Well she kept me on hold for quite some time then came back, asked for my name, let me know that she didn't have time to give me salsa but I could do it myself and lastly, it would be an hour. Cool. Once I arrived, no one spoke to me for 5 minutes. I just stood there waiting, staff walking around and in front of me but no one talking to me. A nice lady came from the back, saw me waiting and asked if I needed help. I paid for the tacos, waited a bit, salsa cups were placed on the counter so I went to fill them. When I turned around, tacos were on the counter but no one was there and I couldn't carry all the boxes. I end up making 3 trips to get them to my car. And left with no one saying thanks or goodbye.
I do events in this city often but I will never...
