DO NOT GO TO MEDIA EXCHANGE THEY GIVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND HE WAS WORSE THEN THE ACTUAL CLERK I WAS GONNA SELL MY PS3 TO THEM BECAUSE I WAS QUOTED $190 OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN I GOT THERE THEY SWITCHED IT TO $100 ON ME AND I DIDNT THINK THAT WAS NICE AT ALL SO I TOLD THE GIRL WHY DID YOU ALL LIE TO ME IF THAT WAS THE CASE I WOULD OF NEVER WASTED MY TIME AND THE GIRL SAID SORRY THATS NOT MY PROBLEM YOU DONT HAVE TO SELL IT TO US! THEY TOLD ME THEY DONT NEED ME AS A CUSTOMER THAT THEY WOULD BE PERFECT WITHOUT ME REALLY?? WHO SAYS THAT TO A CUSTOMER?? THEY ALSO SAID THAT I WASNT HIS CUSTOMER BECAUSE I WASNT BUYING ANYTHING THAT HE WAS MY CUSTOMER BECAUSE I WANTED TO SELL HIM MY PS3 ?? I TOLD HIM THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION AND HE SAID THAT IN THIS CASE THAT I WAS WRONG HE LAUGHED AND SAID HE DIDNT NEED MY BUSINESS PRETTY MUCH KICKING ME OUT THE NAME OF THE MANAGER IS MARC I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF HANDLING A SITUATION, AND TO THINK I WAS ACTUALLY GONNA TAKE THE LOSS SELL MY PS3 TO THEM AND BUY GAMES THERE FOR MY PS4 WITH THAT MONEY THEY LOST MONEY AND A CUSTOMER BUT WORSE OF ALL EVERYONE I KNOW WILL NEVER GO THERE AND I KNOW...

Store was awesome, customer service was a bit in the rude side, zero communication. Showed up with stuff and was told they would take everything, then nit quickly changed to well not everything! Which is fine, if it didnt have unwarranted attitude behind it (I hadn't talked much at this point) then kid walked away mid pricing and started helping someone else! A coworker walked over and apologized for being left there and he continued pricing and even fixed a low ball price and AGAIN apologized! At the end I was given a great deal and just ended up trading for a game I really wanted and the store had it, I even kept some of my old games due to the awesome trade value. Not sure why yhe other person had the attitude but im glad the 2nd person walked up and had a great attitude and was able to help me and was fair and honest. The most helpful people. If my memory fails me, my apologies. I believe the lady who helped me her name was Erica. She patiently helped me by using one of their used Galaxy phones they were selling to see if I could could access some apps that didn't auto backup to Google Drive. The old Galaxy phone I had died from a spilled soda. (I replaced my old phone with a Google Pixel). I had already gone to other phone repair shops and they both confirmed my phone was beyond repair. They even replaced the battery but the phone would not turn on. My goal was to see if I could use a different Galaxy phone to access the two apps that didn't auto backup but by some miracle may be on my Google drive backup folder. After numerous attempts we both realized the data I wanted was in my old phone. She didn't want to sell me the phone before testing my theory. She is a true professional.
