For a while, they were a place to get inexpensive produce, competing with Mata's, even. A $3 bag of older, but still good, oranges, $5 if fresher. Five avocados $2. $3 jicama. Five lemons $1. But the bottom line must have changed things. Now, citrus is $5--still good price. But avocados a two for $1--not bad but no reason to go out of your way to shop there anymore. I bought a box of produce, called a $30 Party Pack. It contained a personal watermelon, a cantaloupe, a Honeydew, eight avocados, maybe ten oranges, maybe five lemons, a purple and about eight small white onions, and some fresh cilantro. I am very disappointed with this company. We were overcharged and we paid twice. When we realized this we contacted them and they said we would get a refund. We didnt get it. Between my wife and i we called them about 4 times and i even went in person because we never got the refund. Finally, we did get a refund but not what we should have gotten. We got the $10 we overpaid but my wife paid 32.50 (2.50 fee for using cashapp) and i paid 30 in cash. I had asked for the refund of the 32.50 but they weren't willing to refund us that amount, they just refunded us the cash amount. This speaks to the character of the company. Any company can make a mistake but what will they do to fix their mistakes? For this company as little as possible. They care more about keeping as much money as they can, than rectifying...

I purchased a box requesting a specific substitution. The request was even noted on the receipt. The box arrived with out the substitution and with some of the vegetables showing signs of spoilage. I reached out and was assured that I would receive what I initially ordered plus the replacement of spoiled vegetables. I was not given a time or date on when to expect what I had paid for but was told after several attempts that there wasnt any other orders within my area which would give them the opportunity to drop off what I ordered.
