Peter Piper Pizza — Restaurant in El Paso

Service was very bad, it seemed like they cared about what they were serving. They denied checking my 22 year old friend’s ID because it was vertical. They have a sign that says when the date of birth would make a person 21, yet won’t check an ID. After a supervisor gave us a bunch of attitude and decided to allow some of us to buy a pitcher of beer, it was like 3 inches of foam. She claimed it was because the they ran out, so they gave us a pitcher with the remaining amount of beer they said they owed. That pitcher also had a ridiculous amount of foam. Some training on how to check IDs and how to pour beer should be done with the staff. We order pizza and wings. The pizza was good, but the chicken wings barely had any chicken on them. The food was okay. but the service was rude. Went to the buffet with our kids & I paid for my adult buffet and didn’t pay for my little but because they don’t eat & bite off of mine. The manager didn’t say anything, then we were going to get ice creams so brought a box for that. & the man who cleans the tables decided to go and say we were trying to take pizza. First of all there’s no reason to accuse us, when the man was hovering over our daughters and son. Martin you devalue the position of being a manager at a family restaurant where we spend our hard earned money, same way you work for yours I work for mine. As for the two females with glasses cutting and handing out the pizzas (you know exactly who you are) last week you gave me 2 pizzas with hair cooked inside each one. you have terrible customer service, you respond bad to customer feed back, your faces don't help and the quality of food you provide is to throw in the trash.
