I wish i could give this place zero stars. I usually eat from this location once a week. After what happened I will never eat subway again. On Saturday August 4th, 2018. I went and ordered a sandwich upon reaching my house I unwrap the sandwich and. Took a bite. Shortly after swallowing it I noticed there was a something moving, it was a black roach. I got grossed out and vomited. I then rolled the sandwich back up with the critter inside. Went back to subway and asked to speak with a manager unfortunately none was available so I spoke with the employee that made my sandwich. He asked if i had gone anywhere after i purchased the sandwich, I let him know that i went directly to my house. He claimed the bug came from my house, which I found a bit insulting. He then opened the sandwich and was able to see the insect with his own eyes. Only then did he decide to call his manager. I asked for a refund since i was not going to eat that bug sandwich. He said the had no more food vouchers. As if i would actually accept a food vocher. This only made me think that this may have happened before. I let him know i just wanted my money back. He said he could not return my money with out a receipt. He reccomended i go and find the receipt and that they would be open till late that day. I let him know that since he was the one who made my sandwich and saw the bug with his own eyes that they had to figure out a way to give me back my money. He spoke with his manager over the phone and she let him know how to void the sale. I was able to get my money back after waiting for 20 minutes but not once did i get an apology. As a matter of fact i apologized to him if i came off rude in anyway. I just felt that as a payimg customer who found a bug in his sandwich, I should have been treated better. They asked for my name and number which i gave willingly expecting to hear from the manager. I have yet to hear from them and doubt i ever will. First time sat for about 3 mins at your order speaker and nothing had to park go in and to my surprise you were open!! Was told sorry we are busy! WOW! Second time pull up to drive-thru and was told we will take your order at window! Pull up to window and wait and wait and wait! Finally knock on window and wait finally and employee comes to window and explains that I've been ignored due to the fact that we are packed!! I must say if you are so busy you cannot provide drive-thru service close your drive-thru so that you don't loose your customers!!! Being told I'm too busy to help you??? Come on!! So when your employee told me that I told her oh you are to busy ok I'll go somewhere else thanks and as I'm driving away I hear her say oh sir I can help you now!! Sorry you can't I'm driving away!!! Close your drive-thru so you don't loose what business you do have or schedule appropriately!! The lady who was taking my ordered seemed so bothered at me ordering. We got our food took our 25min drive home to find out the bread wasn’t toasted as we asked no cheese was to be found but on 1 sandwich a small little piece hidden under a pepperoni that tasted old was there. I asked for the oils no oil was put. Just not what we expected. Called to let the manager know of the issue. Instead another girl answered and said don’t eat the sandwich and bring it back: we were all hungry & didn’t feel like driving 25min back. So I told her I’ll take it as a loss but it’s sad I wasted a decent amount to feed my family just for everything to be wrong or items to be missing.
