La Tachuela — Local services in El Paso

I'm on a very long road trip driving solo from Texas to California in a rental car. I have to share what wonderful service I was given at this tire shop. I I'm writing this literally right across the street from their tire shop because I wanted to be sure I left a review and didn't forget. I discovered a nick in my tire and wanted to be sure that it was safe to drive on. I drove right in on a Sunday morning and was seen immediately. The man who helped me told me that I didn't have anything to worry about. I asked if I needed to get it patched and he said no, I asked if I needed to get it patched, or replaced, and he reassured me all was fine. As a single woman heading into a tire repair shop you're always a little bit nervous that they might try to up-sell you on things you don't need, but I was given great support and peace of mind. Saved my cross-country trip! We stayed in El Paso a couple of days on our recent cross-country trip, and my dry-rotted tires started to worry me just a bit. I found these guys just down the road from our hotel, and they're AWESOME! They had a large selection of tires in the size my Expedition needed, and in all sorts of qualities. I could have paid top dollar at a big national chain, but I'm glad I was able to spend a lot less and support a local company instead....

I have been going here for awhile and everytime I go there, I get great quality customer service, quick installation, honesty about used tires, and they try to give you the best deal to work with your budget!
