NBS New & Used Furniture — Local services in El Paso

Came to NBS to purchase a reception desk. Came on the first day and met Martin the operations manager who was very friendly and reasonable. I had to come the next morning to pick it up and got the pleasure to meet the owner Mike. We talked for a while and I learned about the business. It's great to know the manufacture everything in El Paso and they have a lot of large contracts with big companies. I will certainly keep them in mind for future office/business...

I was really pleased with furniture but there was a problem with the finish on the furniture although they tried to correct it went unresolved. Have not gotten a call from the Sales representative and or the Manager to at least talk to me about the finish? It just let me feel that my concern was not important to them. I need more furniture but have not contacted them If I was not important why should they be...
