This location is always so busy. Today I went during my lunch break to grab a drink and the line was rather short. However! The car in front of me decided to order about 20 drinks. Then went to the window and STILL ordered an additional 2 or 3 drinks. This caused the line to be excruciatingly long ( like always). Even still, this location took care of all of those drinks rapidly and we were really impressed. So when our turn came, we pulled up and were greeted by a beautiful barista named Ana. She was all smiles and was extremely apologetic about the wait. We told her we understood and we saw how many drinks the previous guest had ordered so it was not a big deal. She still continued to smile and apologize and then she gifted us two cake pops for the inconvenience of waiting. She went above and beyond for her customers. We were not even mad or upset and the free gift was not necessary at all, but it was so much appreciated. This is why I always come to this location. Everyone I have encountered here has been so wonderful and Ana is proof of this. She made sure to make her customer's happy, and boy did she! I am so impressed with this beautiful girl and will definitely continue to be a regular at this location!...
Read moreI think it’s finally time I leave a review on this place, The food and the drinks are properly done good at times But the service besides two young folks, I have to ask for their names are very kind, but everyone else is just disrespectful as hell, today me and my partner went to get my dog, a pup cup as we always do Since they’re free, When we asked The young girl for a pup cup she was shocked that’s all we wanted and we confirmed that’s all When we got to the window And my partner was reaching for the pup cup. She pulled it back in and in a very disrespectful way almost scolding us. Telling us that next time either we purchased something Or we buy the pup cup, but this time she will give it to us for free… I should’ve said something then, but truthfully, I was shocked , It’s literally a free pup cup, I will no longer be coming to this location because this is not the first time I’ve been disrespected this way whoever was working the window on Tuesday at 10, Get some manners and change your tone Not very ladies like to be talking down to people like that.

Read moreOn August 20th at approximately 10:40 a.m., I visited the drive-thru to purchase my morning coffee. Unfortunately, the representative assisting me was highly unprofessional and discourteous. After receiving my drink incorrectly prepared, I entered the store to have it remade. Due to how busy the location was at the time, no other employees were immediately available to assist me, leaving me to address the issue once again with the same representative.
When I calmly explained that my drink had been made incorrectly, she responded in a passive-aggressive manner, attempting to dispute the standard recipe and becoming argumentative. As I requested assistance from another staff member because of her raised tone and unprofessional behavior, she initially refused, only allowing another employee—who was polite and helpful—to assist me afterward.
I have since reported this incident to corporate, who confirmed that the matter has been escalated to the district...
