This place was sooooo disorganized considering the quality of establishment they're clearly shooting for.

Think of a Subway but for individual pizzas, except in our experience the line workers kept getting our pizzas mixed up with the group in front because they were in incorrect order for some reason, so the group in front of us was building our pizza regardless of the fact that we brought it to the workers attention several times.

To top if off, the girl in charge of saucing the pizzas left the line several times during our order (once to hug and talk to a co-worker who was leaving, once to text, and once to get more sauce) during the process of putting sauce on a single pizza (mine) so it took well over half an hour just to place our order.

They were out of straws and lids at the self serve drink area, all the parmesan cheese shakers were empty, and the trash can was overflowing despite workers walking by it frequently to deliver orders.

That being said, the pizzas and drinks were very tasty, once the order was delivered we received the sauces we asked for VERY quickly, and the manager seemed to be very involved on the line. I will return in a few months once they get their act together, I believe the issues to be related to a relatively new staff and restaurant. My chief complaint is the amount of cell phone use by most of the staff which I think heavily contribute to the issues.

First time order; called and placed an order over the phone, and went to go pick up; the lady working was awesome! The food was great too! Decided to give them a call again about a week later, and told no orders on the phone ? Lol. What? - What pizza place doesn't take phone orders?? Didn't catch the guy's name either. -He certainly didn't seem as 'friendly' as the young woman we met last time. we can always go there in person and order...

Which we did a third time... UPDATE:: this time the pizzas were so blackened underneath it was a bit of a turnoff . We're not talking a little bit, there were some slices that just weren't good. It's normal to have a little bit sometimes in an open fire pizza oven... This was more than excessive. Had the pizzas been checked in store, it would have been a hard pass. It'll be our last time going. It's unfortunate because there's great potential there, and at least one employee giving it her all. But I witnessed a couple young guys compartmentalizing instead of teaming. I've seen dirty tables and seats each time and it's a tiny store. Dirty floors, and now the food not even proper. I’m a regular customer here to this location never had this issue before, waited 30min to get my pizza never got it, I ask for my order the employee was lost he gave my order to another customer totally understand this situation, I ask for a refund I couldn’t wait for another 30min (never waited this long before) the manager called “Freddy” never had a single concern about this situation never apologized or said something, I just ask if I can get a ticket with my receipt the amount that I payed and he said he can’t do anything about it, and that I can’t get a receipt with my amount that I payed because of the system, he just said that they are short on staff and just putting excuses like he’s running two stores super unprofessional when I never ask for an explanation I just told the “manager” for not being attentive to customers and not even trying to resolve a situation that a manager has to deal with it.
