This place was sooooo disorganized considering the quality of establishment they're clearly shooting for.
Think of a Subway but for individual pizzas, except in our experience the line workers kept getting our pizzas mixed up with the group in front because they were in incorrect order for some reason, so the group in front of us was building our pizza regardless of the fact that we brought it to the workers attention several times.
To top if off, the girl in charge of saucing the pizzas left the line several times during our order (once to hug and talk to a co-worker who was leaving, once to text, and once to get more sauce) during the process of putting sauce on a single pizza (mine) so it took well over half an hour just to place our order.
They were out of straws and lids at the self serve drink area, all the parmesan cheese shakers were empty, and the trash can was overflowing despite workers walking by it frequently to deliver orders.
That being said, the pizzas and drinks were very tasty, once the order was delivered we received the sauces we asked for VERY quickly, and the manager seemed to be very involved on the line. I will return in a few months once they get their act together, I believe the issues to be related to a relatively new staff and restaurant. My chief complaint is the amount of cell phone use by most of the staff which I think heavily contribute to the issues.

Which we did a third time... UPDATE:: this time the pizzas were so blackened underneath it was a bit of a turnoff . We're not talking a little bit, there were some slices that just weren't good. It's normal to have a little bit sometimes in an open fire pizza oven... This was more than excessive. Had the pizzas been checked in store, it would have been a hard pass. It'll be our last time going. It's unfortunate because there's great potential there, and at least one employee giving it her all. But I witnessed a couple young guys compartmentalizing instead of teaming. I've seen dirty tables and seats each time and it's a tiny store. Dirty floors, and now the food not even proper.
