The young man( I guess he's the son, age- aroynd 12 or 15? ) was the cashier & treated us professionally, impressive ! I hope the older man could arrange their frozen goods, because it seems the goods were just placed there with no care, and keep the storee looking inviting & clean. The prices are reasonable, considering that we used to get our supplies from Albuquerque, so if we still travel going there, gas + travel time, the prices are reasonable. We'll come back 🙆‍♀️ ---‐------------------ UPDATE NOVEMBER 24, 2020 I've noticed that the young boy I used to be impressed with was a wrong impression. On another visit, there were a lot of customers & he just didn't stop playing with a computer games & help his unsmiling, ungrateful looking father 😏 Yesterday, Nov. 23, 2020. We came in. No other customers. A young man was just sitting & his face on his cellphone. I was even the one who said, good morning 😏 OVERALL REVIEW... An owner who looks ungrateful A store helper whose face is just on his cellphone The owner's son who's addicted to his computer games. All the factors I mentioned are sure signs that these business will have a slow death. With all the competitions here in El Paso ? The owner should think things over, either to close shop...

I only go to this store because I have to & the other Asian grocery store is on the east side. The customer service is pretty much as low and bad as it comes. The check out clerk was more concerned about the Korean drama she was streaming on the computer behind her then helping customers or talking to them. I was in the store with another happy customer and the lady basically tried to get us out as fast as possible. At check out no smile was given, and she was exceedingly unfriendly making me as a customer feel as though i was inconveniencing her. Honestly it feels like this was EVERY SINGLE time i have gone into the store except when the few times the owner is there. I seriously considering just ordering my Asian groceries online and not having to go back to this store- the fact that the clerk scoffed at me and made me feel like I was not important enough to even look at and that i should just be happy about the prices when straight up they’re overpriced compared to Albertsons.

Unless you’re desperately looking for an ingredient- bite the bullet and go to Albertsons or wholefoods to buy whatever you need. Better to support the big guys then to walk into the store and have staff make you feel like you shouldn’t have walked in, in the first place. If i could give this place a 0...

Drove from Las Cruces to get rice vermicelli in bundles. They indicated they had it in the packages containing separate bundles held by a ribbon for use in Thai and Vietnamese fresh Spring Rolls . My husband went in to pick up the item an d get bag of rice. He was directed to wrong item. Purchased it and shows me before getting in the car in the car . But it's the wrong item. Still in sack he turned around saying he needs to exchange for correct item and they refused to exchange and stated no refunds. 345 in the afternoon the clerk was locking up the store and he did not go back in to get correct item. Also the 25 lb bag of Jasmine rice was $35 a ridiculously inflated amount. Didn't have fresh herbs necessary for Vietdamese Spring Rolls. Prefitory and rude one wonders if good items are truly the primary business.. Walmart has better options and less expensive and curbside pickup.Buyer beware!
