Wow, what a delight for all the senses! Smelled good, looked clean. Nice ambiance, no loud or offensive music blaring in the background. Wish I had more time to shop longer. My hubby is a fiend for the New Mexico Pinion coffee. They had several packaged flavors on the shelf. There are not too many places in El Paso that sell this brand. If you live in the Westside, this is the most convenient place to get it. Be prepared to spend $$ it is not cheap. You can buy for less $$ at the Albertsons in Las Cruces, but not here in EP. They also carry an incredible selection of teas and chocolates. Looks like they also serve coffee in another area of the store. I was in too much of a hurry to investigate. Will go back again soon!

They’re store is really nice with plenty of coffee flavors and treats to choose from however my beef is with their cheap coffee cups that spill all over you while your drinking. I was drinking my coffee from my cup for no more than 20 minutes when I realized my coffee was dripping through the cheap cup they use. I had a pool of coffee in my car cup holder. It’s no wonder we need a Starbucks on every corner when independently owned shops like this one are skimping out on decent cups that don’t fall apart when they put their product in it. Do better. Don’t be cheap. But cups that actually perform their function.

Wow, what a gem of a little coffee shop. They sell all sorts of snacks and local goods. There are some coffee samplers available from Zojurushi coffee machines (TIL those exist???) next to the entrance. The flavors were rich and very representative of the notes they were trying to convey. Fruit notes, chocolate notes, caramel notes.. somehow, they've made a coffee nearly taste like an infusion. Maybe they are, since the cold brew flavors are so unique here. Overall, an unexpected gem of a find in El Paso and one of the best coffee shops I've been to in a while.

There were two sides of customer services that I experienced this morning. I was looking for a nice gift basket (personal purchase) and the older lady (didn't catch her name) rudely states that none of the baskets on the floor were for sale and I couldn't touch them. A "How can I help you, or this is what we have available for sale" would have sufficed. The younger girl was very sweet and asked me if I needed anything, to go ahead and ask her. I felt uncomfortable already with the first encounter. What I had found, I did not end up purchasing. I do not think I will ever again. The company I work for has purchased gift baskets from The Coffee Emporium for years, after today, I do not think we will keep the tradition anymore; there have been a handful of complaints within my company about the customer service from this establishment already, but I played it off as if they went at busy times. This morning, there were only three customers inside, so the rudeness stems from...

Tucked away in this strip mall is this charming little coffee shop is a true hidden gem. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by the comforting aroma of freshly ground beans and smiles of the staff.

The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between cozy and refined ‘ warm wooden accents, soft lighting, and thoughtfully curated decor create an inviting space to unwind or get lost in a book. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft, offering each guest not just a drink, but a memorable experience. W a smile.

The coffee itself is exceptional — rich, smooth, and artfully prepared. Whether you’re sipping on a classic espresso Americano not drowned in creamer, just great grind.

This little haven in El Paso is more than just a coffee shop, it’s a place where community, creativity, and comfort blend beautifully. An absolute must visit for locals and travelers

Thank you guys for a taste of...
