I ordered a love seat and sofa with extra firm core (seat) cushions. When I received my furniture after several months, the love seat was perfect. The sofa seat cushions and back cushions were very soft and sank down when sat on. I called Bassett to let them know the sofa was not correct. It took them a month to send someone to check. When they came they agreed the cushions were wrong and would be replaced. Another issue, two pillows each came with each the love seat and sofa. The pillows were filled with bird feathers. I broke out in a rash from the bird feathers and they were coming out of thee pillows everywhere. Bassett said it was there error and would be happy to get everything corrected. They came yesterday with only two pillows and one core seat cushion for the sofa. They are now refusing to replace the other two pillows and the other half of the sofa with the firm core seat cushion and the back cushion. This has been a nightmare. I now realize Bassett is not a good company and will not stand behind their warranty. I will never do business with this company again and I feel screwed over and lied to. Read moreI'm not a customer, at least not yet, but I felt the need to comment on the outstanding service Victor and Ricardo just provided a tenant in my business highrise in DT El Paso. As a security officer in this historic bldg., we must follow strict policies for access and deliveries. In spite of a delay in giving them access upon arrival, they remained understanding and patient. Due to the length of the sofa being delivered, we had to access the freight elevator from the streetside entrance and in spite of the weight of the sofa, Victor and Ricardo agreed to hand carry the sofa to the freight elevator (rather than using a wheeled cart) just to ensure that the tiled floor would not be marred or scuffed. Since I escorted them up to the suite they were delivering to, I was able to further witness the distance that these two men are willing to go to for customer satisfaction. Read moreWorst customer experience I’ve ever had, would give zero stars if possible. I purchased a floor model that was in immaculate condition when purchased in April 2021. When it was delivered in May 2021, it was clear that it had been sitting in a warehouse and people had been using it as it was stained and the teak wood table had a sticky, gelatinous substance on it. I took pictures and sent them to customer service, who told me that someone would come out to clean the wood and that the cushion casings would be replaced. Fast forward 15+ months and none of this has happened - nothing was ever cleaned, I never received replacement cushion covers, and now they are telling me that they will replace only four of the cushion covers and that I will have to pay for the rest even though I sent them multiple pictures of the dirty, damaged furniture I received.
