We ordered three Stressless chairs and two end tables from Copenhagen, and they were delivered after a few weeks. It was well worth the wait! The chairs are incredibly comfortable, soft, and luxurious!
However, the delivery service was not good at all! One of the two delivery men was a grump! I asked him nicely to position the larger chair in the middle, and Iâll just say he had the worst attitude towards me (BIG GRUMP) when I asked him to do that! He was just awful! He did not want to help me at all! The taller, thinner, delivery person was much more professional, and very nice. He helped me as much as he could.
A few minutes after the delivery men left, I noticed that one of the chairs had a marking of some sort. It looked like a grey pen mark!
I called the store to talk with someone about it, and the delivery service.
She immediately had me speak to the man in charge, the manager! He listened, and apologized for the situation with the one delivery person, and said he would be speaking with him. I also told him about the pen or smudge on one of the chairs. He asked me to send him a picture of the chair, and after reviewing the photo, he told me that he would personally be at my house in 15 minutes to address the issue!
Low and behold, the store manager arrived promptly, looked at the chair once again, and applied a cream type of solution, and in a few minutes the marking was completely gone!
âWhat outstanding customer serviceâ is all that I can say, and (except for the delivery person), we are all very happy with our chairs, and their customer support and service. Recommended....

Despite promises of furniture being newly unboxed, unpackaged, and inspected in THEIR WAREHOUSE, our entertainment stand arrived with embedded dust, scratches, and uneven drawers, indicating it was not brand new. Even the delivery guys contributed to the disappointment by making comments such as: 'the blankets we use to wrap your newly purchased furniture are very dusty and dirty.' -If you have ever cleaned your own home, you know the comparison between dust piled on from a blanket and dust thatâs been collecting over time-
Before you finalize your payment, request them to unbox and set up the furniture in YOUR HOME instead of THEIR WAREHOUSE to ensure it is brand new. Youâre paying for the delivery and set up, so why not do it at your home? -As we went to collect our refund, the furniture we chose was not in the showroom; the item was passed off as new-
Be wary of the fine print on your receipt, which states that delivery fees will NOT be refunded despite the lies and damage caused by THEIR mishandling.
