The Patio Outdoor Furniture — Local services in El Paso

So we went through the whole process of following their instructions to order replacement slings for our patio chairs. Including taking photos. Our chairs have welded bars.... which is exactly the directions we followed. Well.. seems that we received a refund from paypal with no email or phone call. At the bottom of the paypal refund it stated "This refund is due to order#36684 cancellation because the chair has welded bars".

So only a refund notice from Paypal. No other communication from the company. At least they processed a quick refund but their lack of customer service just won them a 1 star review. If you can't supply a sling for a patio chair with a welded bar why would you have us go through all of the work to measure and take photos. Why not just tell us the minute we selected or shared it had welded metal bars that you couldn't supply them??

We didn't see the paypal refund until we started looking for some shipping details. Like I said a simple courtesy phone call or even an email to us would have worked wonders for their customer service. If this is how you handle things I also won't bother to contact you before leaving a 1 star...

I was sitting in my O.W. Lee chair this morning enjoying a beautiful fall day when I became aware of the furniture. We have had the furniture for 13 or 14 years and it has been exposed to the elements all that time. I was stunned as I thought back to the purchase. There was a great selection of furniture and the owner said this set was very good value. We live out doors for nine or ten months of the year.
