What a joke. Sergio, who I meet personally, did nothing but disappoint my father and I. We went there looking for a custom class ring. Sergio provided us with all the information and told us that he could have a mock-up down within 3-weeks--that was in January. To date, I have been unable to contact him by telephone and have not seen anything, as far as a mock-up goes. At first his assistant took my messages and told me that Sergio would call me back. Of course, I never heard back from him or anyone at the store. The most frustrating part is that Sergio had an extended conversation with my father and I about the ring, and gave us the impression that he really cared. He asked me questions about where I went to school and what I planned to do in the future. He told my dad he was really proud of him, and that he, my father, should be proud of me. However, it appears that none of this information was pertinent, as Sergio continues to avoid my calls. As of now, he won't even answer calls from my phone. Avoid this place and take your business to Joyeria Internacional just a few streets down on Piedras if you want to avoid what happened to me and others with similar experiences with this place. Took in a watch and ring to get repaired. Owner said it would take two weeks and would cost about 50 dollars. Three weeks later, checked on it, and owner said it was not done and that he would call me to see how long it would take later that day. Owner did not call and next day when I called, he said that they didnt have time to be making customer calls and he told me to pick up my things. While waiting to get my things, he told another person right in front of me he would have his repairs done that same day. Needless to say, I had a few choice words for him. Sergio is very polite, but very unreliable and unprofessional with due dates and communication. I took my father's watch on April 24th and after close to 1 month and 2 weeks, I ended up picking it up today June 5th. I would call him to ask him about the status of my watch to which he would say he'll return my call and never did .. I had to go 2 times to his store to ask him but he would still make up excuses about parts being ordered or barely getting on the mail. He would always be very polite, but lacks commitment and integrity. He just wasted my time for more than a month just to replace the glass...
