La Michoakana — Restaurant in El Paso

My husband and I stopped by because he was craving tripitas, he was happy with his food. I ordered the milanesa plate. The meat tasted horrible, I let the server know and he spoke with the cook, who took it upon himself to cook a second piece of exactly the same thing. I asked the cashier if I could get a partial credit, her response " no one else has ever complained, look at the picture it's what you ordered". The manager was not on site, and apparently could not delagate over the phone what should be done. The cook just relayed the message, that I should come back tomorrow at his convenience. Very rude and unprofessional, loss of $10.00 and will definitely never come back. By the way, I asked for a knife to cut the meat with, they didn't have any! Turned out-I didn't...

I went to this place because the reviews for the food were good and I tought I would get the same from an elote. Big disappointment!! I'm not picky at all and a elote is a hard thing to mess up in my opinion, but they did. I got elote chorreado they barely give you any chips or queso. I tasted the sour cream and it tasted like plain runny yogurt....I promise I wish I was kidding!!!. there was this foamy/bubbuly thing around the edges wich gave the elote a horrible texture.. and to top it all up it had big chunks of mozzarella cheese. Dont give me wrong I love cheese just not like that.... My husband got a regular elote and got the same experience....Very disappointed I wouldn't recommend this place for an elote I wouldn't even come back to...

I went back for some tacos de tripitas because a couple of weeks ago I tried them and they were Super-Delicious , they were just the way I like them ( doraditos),crispy. The onion and cilantro and the Chile de arbol was just right. Well yesterday they did it again and my cousin who was with me agreed 100 %. 4 tacos and we were full. We washed our tacos down with two aqua frescas, pepino y limon was mine and he a jamaica freshly made and not too sweet. The staff are on top of things. Dont let the size and location of the place fool you. I gotta go back again and give a turn to some other...
