Ay Caramba Restaurant — Restaurant in El Paso

Olivia Molina & myself had stopped in for a drink & to get something to eat... She had the Steak & Shrimp Plate while I am not to fond of all Shrimp, I had the Fillet Plate the fish was over broiled and stuck to the aluminum foil it had 3 itty bitty pieces of celery & 2 even smaller pieces of carrots the broth part wasn't all to bad though which actually tasted more like it came from beef stew not from the Cod Filet the broth appeared to of been added due to over cooked fish, on top of that mess it was Cod Fillet one of the cheapest lowest quality of about any fish going, it's what Fish Sticks are usually made from... It came with an over baked potato stuffed with a gross looking blob of cheese, both of our potatoes were the same over baked. Both came with shredded up lettuce they called a Salad which contained a few itty bitty pieces of diced up tomatoes w/ a smaller amount of diced onions. Both came with beans the beans were mundane at best no flavor really over cooked. My plate came with 2 pieces of bread which was not to bad though. Now as for Oliva, she loves Shrimp & Steak... Her Shrimp was over cooked by a good 20 minutes to long deep fried... As for her Steak... Personally if that Steak would of came to me I'd still be laughing at it even being considered as being Steak, it was more like a piece of bristle and fat actually with low quanity of actual meat... Cost: Steak & Shrimp $16.99 / Fillet Steamed $12.99 / Torreado Chili $1.00 which was about the poorest quality of Torreado Chili that I have ever tasted. She had Bud Light and I had Budweiser $3.50 per Beer... Subtotal: $41.48 Tax: $3.42 Total: $44.90... I gave no tip outside of having left 10 cents laying on the Cashier's counter... The Server was Karina & the Cashier was Ciara according to the receipt from 03/07/2018 at 5:20pm Table 3/1 Guests: 2 and the numbers 10134 I presume was the Check Order Number. Now as far as giving this over rated over priced place 1 Star it's because I couldn't give it a half of a Star. P.S. Had the worst experience at this restaurant. I was confronted and threatened by a local vagrant inside the restaurant, in front of my family and the other customers there. The worst part was that the staff seemed to favor the beggar and seemed as upset with me as he was. It was a full-blown confrontation, chock-full of curse words, and heard by everyone there. The problem started when the beggar asked me to buy him dinner, because "he was very hungry". I was on my way to wash my hands and told him to talk to the staff. When I went back toward my table, a waitress asked me if I was going to pay for the vagrant's " to-go" order, or not. I told her no, she told him what I said, and instead of asking him to leave or to quit bothering me, she allowed him to approach our table and hurl insults and threats at me. I got up to avoid him striking at me sitting down and we got into a HUGE shouting match. The staff acted as if one of them was related to him. This is terrible. They sided with a man that insulted and threatened a PAYING CUSTOMER with a Group of SIX PEOPLE, probably cuz he's a HOMIE ! I don't recommend this place, unless you're looking for a fight with a low-life, and a polarized staff that favors beggars over...

I went today an order 2 flour gorditas with rice and beans a large guacamole, and unsweetened tea, it comes to 29.79 dlls with a tip of 4 dlls just because I feel bad for the waitress because the place was empty, and she give me service , the guacamole no has no flavor , the beans too salty, and the weiter was taking to long to come ask me if I need something else, we were only 2 people in the restaurant so final total came to 33.79 dlls.i am sure they charge me extra for what I don't know so these people in this restaurant are scaming people I ask the cashier Monica for the copy of my order and she never give it to me, and she can't explain to me why it came to$ 29.79 dlls.cause I am doing my counting and doesn't add with my ticket 2:46 pm table 17/1 date o8-9-25. I wish the owner read this and do something about it.Not because they don't had customers means they need to scam people no wonder why the place is empty never go back in there #1926...
