Huge coffee fan here, I visit many places from many states to try coffee. I even work as a barista and have tried many different coffee/ espresso beans to pick the perfect one. I loved the vintage environment of this place and can’t wait to see what they offer in future. Though, on a more important note, I was not insanely impressed with the coffee. I tried “Honey and Lavender latte”, Vanilla and Rosemary iced coffee, Dark chocolate iced coffee, and vanilla iced coffee. The only good drink I had was the Honey and Lavender Latte. The beans used in the iced drinks were overpowering; there was too much rosemary and lavender in the drinks I had. Way too overpowered. I wanted to taste more vanilla/ honey. Not the best coffee.

Quaint, somewhat hidden and nostalgic. Take the time to visit here on a weekend morning and enjoy the variety of beverages to choose from. What’s captivating about this place is the size of the tiny cafe and big flavors they offer. Not to forget, the service is stellar! Had the honey lavender latte and really enjoyed it. It could’ve used a little more lavender, but still did not lack in flavor at all. Pop in to check out the record selection and catch a glimpse of the old school cassette tapes against the back wall. Cafe con leche is a must try!

Never would have found this place if didn't decide to do some exploring, so I'm reviewing so you don't have to. Café Con Leche if the definition of individualism and yet represents El Paso culture so well the atmosphere is truly something else, it's hard to believe that places like this in EP exist. It's definitely a place you'd bring only one other person along. The place is mostly brews and coffee and has a small menu, but it's definitely tasty for sure. The real winner is the seating area, definitely check it out for yourself.

I just retired from a customer service job but I would be happy to provide you with consultation services for a fee. I’ll give you the first one free. Take down your Must Dash review. It doesn’t make them look bad, it makes you look bad. I’m appalled by the owner’s response to bad reviews. This is no way to do business. And then to leave a bad review on another business he did not even go to for service because one of their employees posted a bad review on him is just plain crazy. Best to stay away from people like this. And no, I don’t know the other company. I was checking their reviews to determine if they might be a good place to go and ran across the review from the owner of this place. Check out “Must Dash’s” reviews. It’s ludicrous.

The shop actually sounds interesting but the owner has a lot to learn about customer service. Sir, if you are so thinned skin that you can’t handle customers, maybe hire a customer...

The first purchased coffee I can remember pouring down the drain. Read on!

Fun outdoor patio that looks like hosts live music. Inside seemed to have locals hanging out - similar to a bar. The service is inattentive yet working hard - similar to what you’d expect at a hole in the wall biker bar. I got a cold brew (nitro cold brew was out) and my wife got a lavender latte.

If the product was above average - the bad service would honestly be charming; however, it‘s just not good. My cold brew was sour and acidic - and the latte was overpoweringly sweet. They also only carry oat-milk. So when I asked for milk to balance the CB - I got oat-milk added without clarification.

So - “wrong milk bad cold brew” in hand - I nicely left and threw it in the garbage at first opportunity. I am disappointed the execution made Cafe Con Leche’s quirkiness annoying instead of...
