The Vitamin Shoppe — Local services in El Paso

Store manager Sherri I’ve been shopping at Vitamin Shoppe for over a year and a half and usually buy the Bucked Up 0 calorie energy drinks. On my most recent visit, I asked the store manager at the front desk if they had any in stock since the 10 calorie ones were displayed up front. Instead of simply checking, she was extremely rude and dismissive, insisting that the 0 calorie version “doesn’t exist.”

When I politely explained that I’ve been buying them consistently (even showing her a picture from a recent purchase), she doubled down and told me I must have bought them elsewhere or that my photo was old. She even mentioned her coworker “fasts” and would know better, as if that proved I was wrong.

What makes this worse is that this was the store manager — the person who should set the standard for professionalism. Instead, she was unprofessional, condescending, and made me feel like I was being called a liar rather than a...

Not sure who I was speaking too. Older lady with glasses. Very rude and basically gaslighting me and wife about a product we know and buy there. It amazes me that someone like this can be working here, it’s clear by the reviews that there’s an issue with some of the staff and clearly nothing is being done about it. I say don’t go here. Make the drive to another location or better yet, just go to GNC.

Update: The lady’s name is Sherri. Apparently she’s the store manager/assistant manager. This lady needs to be retrained or something. I hope the owner steps up and takes action. This...

Awesomely clean shoppe and well laid out. We received courteous assistance and found exactly what we were looking for in a B-Complex supplement and a 1 mg Melatonin, which was fantastic. We unknowingly drove past the Shoppe when coming from Mesa Street down Sunland Park, so it took a bit to double back as this area is always congested. Parked right in front of the Shoppe, so that was a plus. We plan to return for our next supplement...
