On the evening of June 11th which was a Thursday, My husband and I decided to go to AT&t to get a replacement device we both have a Motorola razor Plus phone and it hasn't even been a year yet that we had these mobile devices and the reason for the visit was that my husband's cell phone front screen is pitch black and my cell phone overheats, two of the gentlemen that were working the evening shift couldn't even help us couldn't give us a good advice All they said was call the 1-800 number as a matter of fact they attended us till closing time 10 minutes before closing due to the fact that they were helping another customer that was with them since the moment we arrived and that was before 7:00 pm , we both need our phones due to work related we even suggested that if we could just get another device and just to change the bill payment and we'll just pay the difference they said they couldn't so I will be filing a lawsuit against AT&t we have a warranty that expires in November of this year , The mobile devices that we purchase like I recall it hasn't even been a year The devices are not even working properly and I will not be making business with AT&t anymore...

Considering the countless emails I receive encouraging me to upgrade, I thought this would be a common and simple transaction. I was wrong. In the 4 attempts I made to complete the trade-in, I was sent home three times being told it would be easier/faster/better for me to download/upload/reboot/wipe out at home. I was told as long as I brought the phone back by the end of the month, the trade would be honored. I came at the end of the month to complete the trade and was told it was outside the trade-in window. I was told to call AT&T (while I was in the AT&T store) to get special permission. I called while at the store and was on the phone for over an hour and a half trying to resolve the issue. When I was finally "granted permission" to trade the phone in for the original trade-in value. I was told by the store associates that they could not accept my phone or complete the trade in because they required a shipping label. I waited for weeks for the other phones and nothing I started calling them and they kept on telling me to wait. Long story short it's March 20 still have not revived the phones. I'm paying for 2 services since my other 2 lines were no able to be transfered over. Next thing I know they canceled my order and now they want to re sell me the device no valuing all the preorder promotions I had gotten. This is the worst experience I have ever had while switching over to a phone provider . If they don't have the stock don't sell the phones and if you will not value your deals don't do business.
