We bought a frame that was damaged out of the store, when we removed the edge covers we found it was broken. We went to exchange it and the reps refused to exchange it. The manager on duty Ray who is not even a manager but part time key holder found the policy and no where did it say they would not take back defective products or damaged when sold. He then rolled his eyes at me as I complained and called him out on his lack of knowledge and even went as far as to refuse to not tell me the managers name which when he finally said it was Myra. The product was sold broken and your store refused to exchange and in doing lost a customer permanently. Rays lack of skills even as a part timer acting like he is a manager brings up some questions about the leadership at your El Paso location. I usually never have any complaints, however, today at 6:44 pm after making my purchase, there is guy that wears glasses and is slim, he just doesn't seem he likes to work there because whenever I go and I ask him for help he just doesnt make effort and doesn't help you finding what you're looking for and I end up having others helping me. also today, he was my cashier and he never likes to wrap up items that are very easily to break, I have to remind him everytime other else he will pretend to not notice and just putting them in the bag without any care, I know sometimes especially during the holidays it gets full and they want to do their work fast but things will break and it's a pain in the head having to go back and ask for returns. at the end he didn't even wrapped up a nativity set that was also very delicate and I live on the far east, but I'm glad it's now in my house...
