This Buffalo wild wings location is hurting for good management. The place smells, it's dark and dingy and there's no quality in the food or the management. I'm sorry to say that all it's good for is watching a game on the multiple tv's they house. Today I ordered a Buffalo chicken combo for my daughter. She was going to eat it during her lunch break at work. The cashier took my order but never asked if I wanted the wings with sauce or as a dry rub. I would never have known myself that the wings would be a dry rub, why would I? I don't eat there. Needless to say, they came as a dry rub and I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to remake it. I didn't make it in time for my daughter's lunch break, I don't even know if she ended up eating anything. I asked the manager (not sure if it was Stephanie or Valerie) if she would comp that dish because now it wasn't going to make it to her in time and the rest of the order was cold from having to wait. She said their wings come as a dry rub and I needed to keep that in mind for next time. I told her it's not my job to know but rather the job of her staff to notify the customer. She offered to discount the food but not comp it because I was taking it. I also asked for her 20 minutes before she came out and had she come out then, she could have informed me of that and they could have avoided making and wasting the food because I wouldn't have taken it. It's bad management to blame the customer for something you know you and your staff did. This place is already on its last legs, they don't have the luxury of holding onto $14.00 over pride. Read moreWent there with my brother on Thursday. We had never been to this location and hoped it was better than the other locations where we had previously received bad service. Unfortunately this one takes the cake. We walked in at about 3:30 and were not even greeted. The girl that was at the register just stood there in a daze. The restaurant was pretty empty so after a few min I asked if we could just seat ourselves. Her response was just "oh" then she grabbed some menus and seated us. We waited for our server and were watching workers talking, cleaning tables, walking around checking on the other 2 tables. We didn't seem to exist. I kept looking around for someone to help us and we were just avoided. It seemed like they didn't WANT to go to our table. Finally after 15 min we were extremely upset and stormed out. Not one person stopped us. They just watched as we left. I decided to go back in and ask for a managers info. I still had to wait another few minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Then they said oh we were getting your server already. Like it was no big deal. I Said don't bother. We had already wasted our lunch break. This blatant disrespect for customers was just completely unacceptable. I will never return to this place.
