West Texas Audio and Tint — Local services in El Paso

So I called them on Saturday October 25th to get an estimate of how much it would cost to have my amplifier, lc2i, and sub box installed. Vince was a gentleman that answered the call and broke down all the steps that they will take to install and even gave me the exact price amount. He also mentioned that they would place my amplifier and line out converter on an amp rack behind my seat as part of the price that was given. Other places I called were trying to charge an additional fee for that kind of service as well as parts. So I set up the appointment to get my system installed on October 28th dropped off the vehicle and picked it up when I got out of work. And let me just tell you they did a phenomenal job, they truly went above and beyond to make sure that everything was exactly the way I wanted it and the sound was calibrated by them which sounds amazing. I would definitely recommend anyone that is in the market for purchasing car audio equipment or having their own car audio equipment installed by them to give him a call. It was just an awesome experience all around I definitely would give them 10...

Where to begin? For starters, I did a fair bit of research on local audio installers and ultimately settled on West Texas Audio. Past customers spoke highly of them, but what attracted me the most was the level of quality and care they took to ensure a clean setup. I couldn't find a single photo of loose wires, poor connections, or bad installations—everything was clean work, and that's what sold me. ​At first glance, it's a smaller shop tucked into a shopping center, but there's no doubt in my mind that with the quality of work they produce, it's only a matter of time before they'll need a bigger space. They took the time to show me different speakers and amps and explained all the equipment in great detail. We had a very minor hiccup with scheduling—nothing to lose sleep over—but these guys went out of their way to make it right, and for that, I am very appreciative. I have already recommended them to friends and will be returning for a much-needed upgrade to my truck in the future. I would give them 10...

All 3 informed me with any concerns or broke down everything they were explaining so you don't feel out of the loop or for you to think they are just saying whatever to make the sale, i appreciate their quickness and honest work with me which is why i will be returning for anything!!!Think you find a better price?
