Hi I was the bride who had my wedding at Luxor Gold Ballroom. I had walked into the hall not knowing what to expect and when we stepped inside I fell in love! The floors, lighting, and all of the details were so beautiful. When my Fiance and I at the time were looking at halls I was very unsatisfied until we found the Luxor, I remember having a gut feeling telling me this is where we would be getting married. My husband and I have a big family and also a lot of friends so the capacity was amazing!! This was reason we loved the Luxor because everyone fit comfortably during the dinner. The Luxor provided everything I could dream of and more! Both of our families love to dance and we won’t stop dancing until the music stops playing, the DJ was AMAAAZING!!! He kept us on the dance floor until the very end. He announced perfectly and he transitioned songs great!! For the after party our guest kept telling us to take the same DJ because of how much they enjoyed him!! The manager Adrianna was also amaaaaazing she worked on the timeline with us and made sure we stayed on schedule. She took care of all the details like boxing up everything and already having it in the car by the time the night ended. For the owner Sergio, we love him!! I did not know how I was going to plan the wedding and Sergio made the process so easy. The package we had and the add ons saved me a headache from having to reserve from outside vendors like the party bus, desert table, Photo Booth, bubble fog machine, the sparklers, and more! Not to mention, Sergio absolutely takes care of the hall and continues to upgrade it so by the time our wedding day came we were able to have those upgrades as apart of our wedding like the digital frames with our pictures and the chandeliers were beautiful!! Sergio consistently always answered me questions right away no matter how big or simple the question was. He was extremely flexible with the payment agreement we had and he ALWAYS kept his word. We were able to completely trust Sergio and his amazing team for our special day. If you are looking for a hall that shows creativity inside and you have a vision of what you want, Sergio can do it! We just had our daughter’s quinceañera this weekend and wanted to provide a helpful review for future customers. I am going to be straightforward, Luxor is a beautiful hall but their staff lacks in hospitality. If what you’re looking for is presentation and layout, Luxor may be the place for you. But if you also want to get every dollars worth of an experience…you may want to look elsewhere. I will start off with dinner, the staff does not seem to care to serve a pleasant meal experience. It’s either sit down or don’t get a plate. One of our attendees apparently asked for seconds, was advised of their one plate per person policy. I understand if there are more people than plates available but when they return over thirty plates to us at the end of the night, we don’t understand why we were not asked before declining. Also, everything is timed to the second. It seemed as if at 7:59:59 seconds all of the food was packed and ready to be stored. They have little flexibility. We would have preferred for the plates to have been distributed rather than us bringing all the food home. Also, we were told there would be table service, but the so called servers only asked once early in the evening if anyone wanted a drink but after that they only sometimes asked when at your table trying to retrieve dirty dishes and/or trash. A month earlier we had attended another quince at a hall on zaragosa and their servers were providing excellent service. They asked multiple times, if you needed a drink or anything else. This place was not as big and nice in presentation but their service made up for it. From reading other reviews, it appears that the Luxor is working the evening with the agenda to get you out! ASAP! They start packing your belongings at 11:30 and want you to take them to your vehicle at 12:00. My wife said no to this and asked me to wait because once our guests see us packing up they assume the party is done and we still had until 1 (or so we thought) because at 12:50 the DJ announced the party was over and people needed to begin exiting. I just had my daughter Quinceañera. It was amazing. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The venue itself was beautiful, and every decoration was on point that added to the celebration's magical day. The catering, was delicious and beautiful set up. Our guests had a blast, and my daughter's special day was truly memorable thanks to the staff and owner from Luxor. At the end they made everything so easy to just pack in the vehicle form gifts, dress etc.Party bus and Photo Booth amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional event!
