On Saturday afternoon, I came in with my boyfriend. It was very beautiful inside. Bathrooms were very clean. They had recliner chairs too! I came in to watch Minecraft on a Saturday. So it was filled with children and teenagers which I didn’t mind too much. The day I came there was a false fire alarm (probably the children I’m guessing) and when I went to watch Minecraft. There was one full row of children making a ruckus such as throwing stuff, getting popcorn and pouring it on someone’s head ( I think another friend ?) in a different row, and yelling throughout the whole movie. I complained to a worker who was very nice and understanding since this behavior was still happening already 40 minutes in the movie. They shortly came after to give them a warning. Most of the row were more quiet but there was one or two kids who kept yelling. My boyfriend had enough one hour in and we started heading out. Despite having a bad an experience there being chaotic. When my boyfriend complained about it to a worker and shorter after us , another two girls come out to complain The manger was very sweet and respectful. I think he handled the situation appropriately as I understand the chaos was more so due to the children being unsupervised by parents. Even though I didn’t have a good experience my first time going there I do understand that insane amount of unsupervised children was intense for them. I will be going back next time as the staff and manager handled the situation the best as they could. I do feel like they should add a curfew time for anyone under 21 or at least 18. Overall, the place is beautiful, staff is great, and the manger...
Read moreThe staff do not know what they are doing and the systems for booking seats are wrong in some cases. We booked seats in cinema 4 on the left side of the theater. Seats 7 and 8. But as it turns out those seats are on the right side of the screen where people were already sitting (who booked their seats on the right side). When I asked the staff about it after, he said it was a known glitch. Nothing he could do about it. First of all, that causes unnecessary confusion. Secondly, how hard is it to correct the software so people are in the numbered seats, relative to the screen, correctly? Because what happened next was that the theater allowed two people into the movie about 20 minutes into it - well past the commercials, the previews and the credits. They had trouble finding their seats in our row because of the same issue and pointed out we were in wrong seats, made us switch with the people at the other end of the row for no reason because both of us in our seats were perfectly content. And in the end, they couldn’t figure out their seats and went somewhere else. All the while the movie is playing and we all probably missed 10 minutes of it. Seriously, get the computer system fixed. And if you are going to admit people into the movie late, eacort them to available seats AT THAT TIME. it is disruptive to have someone find their seats after the movie has started. More needs to be done to this facility to make it a...
Read moreTheaters themselves are nice but skip the hot food. I've been there at least 5 times since it has opened and I've never had a good experience and a couple times it took so long I missed the beginning of the movie. It's incredibly slow and the staff isn't familiar with the products. Photos on the app don't match the offerings, for example the loaded nachos show fresh tomatoes, red onions and chives in the photo but the customizations only show chili, sour cream, salsa, and jalapenos. When nachos finally showed up there were no jalapenos but I didn't want to wait longer. I also ordered pretzel bites with parmesan garlic sauce and when my nachos came out I asked about the pretzel bites and they hadn't started preparing them yet because they didn't know what parmesan garlic was. Turns out it isn't something they carry but for some reason it still shows up on the menu when ordering. Everyone around me waiting for food was having similar issues. Staff relied on the customers to figure out what food to give people rather than using order numbers. Every add-on including small sauces cost $2.25 which is higher than what I'd expect anywhere else.
