Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Inexperienced front counter girl, allowed 3 people to cut in front of me(I ordered by phone 20 minutes before,after calling 3 different times and getting no answer after 20+ rings, she can't handle the phones or customers at the same time and when I finally got up to pay for my order, she refused to take my money because it was a $100 bill, she told me to go somewhere else and break it before I could purchase my food.. I took my $100 dollar bill and left and went to some other place to get food and they were happy to take my $100.. Seems like with all the restaurants suffering for business you'd be grateful to have some business, whether it is being paid for by cash or credit card.. Too bad it was such an inconvenience for her to not take my money, next time I want Little Caesars, I'll drive to another location that's out of my way besides this one.. Please read this! I Came in tonight after leaving Simms park. Was late maybe 830 or so.. I went in and was greeted they are all nice with great personalities. Was told it'd be 10 mins so I went back out to my car to wait. Later sent my 10 year old in to grab the pizza.. watching the 2 guys interact with my son over the next few minutes was great! The one shook his hand it made me smile so big ! (His dad isn't around) When he came out I asked him what they were talking about the main things for me was he was asking him how his grades were and what he wanted to be when he grows up and when my son said well idk the guy said he needed to think about it and be able to answer that to the next person that asks him. That simple interaction may not have been a lot to him but really ment a lot to my 10 almost 11 year old. He keeps saying how nice and funny the 2 guys were. so...

This location does not meet expectations- especially the apparent policy that they don't make it till you order it so the Pizza is Hot and not Ready for a while, with no apology for the misleading advertising. Owner won't let his crew give his name, guess he knows customers are mad, but does not care? His staff seem careless...

My pizza looked like a toddler made it, perhaps a sort of punishment for complaining? It was a disappointment...

Staff don't seem to have any control over the policies that are not aligned with the advertising, and appear to rotate who claims to be "the boss" to hear customer complaints and then make excuses or refer to corporate. Couldn't be a fun position for them to be in.

My cashier, Jasalyn, was super friendly and fast and at least offered to help even though there wasn't anything...
