I have visited this store for the last 8 years on 12-27-2018 I went to Kirklands to exchange a clock back that was not working and I receive no assistance the African American lady named Angela brought me the new clock in a big box I asked her do she think it will fit in my car due to the fact it's in a box she only Shrugged her shoulder and didn't answer I took the clock outside in the box had to go back in and ask her for some scissors after I managed to get the clock in my car she had me to stand there at least 10 minutes just to hand her a pair of scissors back and she ignored me she has no customer service and she is not a good face for Kirklands and this is the Kirklands on Two Notch in the Target...
