Just stopped here on my way home for corn. I usually go to Toms farm stand out by me. I just stopped for corn and like I CAN do at Toms I began to shuck my corn and put the leaves in a bag that was along side of the table. I was told by the owner that if I keep it on it stays fresher and they dont shuck corn there. I didn’t know that. Iam cooking it tonight so I wasn’t worried about it staying fresh. I don’t like the mess at home and Toms allows you to shuck it there. It was quite embarrassing in front of other customers I won’t be returning.
