I came on 6/20 around 5pm to take advantage of the extended Friday the 13th promo which ran from Monday to Saturday. When I first arrived, I was quoted one price by the shop manager. A few hours later, after showing my design to an artist, the price changed which I was very understanding about.

The manager told me I was set to go after my family member finished their tattoo. I ended up waiting around five hours, but unfortunately, I was never attended to. The artist who was supposed to do my tattoo left, and the other two were done for the night. I can only assume I was forgotten about.

What was most frustrating is when the store manager left, she didn’t ensure all customers (including me) were taken care of before leaving. I was left waiting with no update or communication, and ultimately left without getting any work done.

I understand things can get hectic during promotions, but better organization, follow-through, and customer care would have made a big difference.

I had Nyya do my tattoo, and essentially got gypped out of $200. there was a mix up with the deposit situation, and instead of explaining it how she should’ve in the moment /before my appointment, she did my tattoo (which was only 2 inches, and fine line) and she didn’t tell me until it was time to pay that i had to pay an extra $50. that $50 was not discussed in our messages whatsoever. a tattoo that was supposed to be $100 (and frankly should’ve been $50) turned into $150. and that’s not including the $50 i gave her once before for a bigger tattoo that i wasn’t able to get. not to mention, her attitude wasn’t the best. only time she smiled is when i paid her. definitely won’t book an appointment at this place again. just wasn’t welcoming and they need to do better with their pricing. Amaaazing experience at Addict Tattoo gallery! Boom and his staff were warm, friendly and professional, the shop has a cool, artsy esthetic and is kept nice and clean, and I can't say enough about how fire my tattoo came out!! Boom really brought the idea to life exactly how I wanted it. He was flexible and underanding while I attempted to explain what I wanted, and made the idea even better with his creative eye. Pain is inevitable when you're getting tattoos, and Boom was more than patient with me as I attempted to regain and maintain my composure when completing the sensitive areas.
