DO NOT fall for their false advertisement. They make it seem like you will have a nice time on their Instagram. I drove 2 hours to eat at this place. HORRIBLE customer service. We waited for so long to be seated, because we needed a high chair for our child. After being placed in a table there was no high chair. We stood there waiting for a high chair. We ordered the rodizzio and the servers kept passing by us and not serve us. My husband told me that we should get the check for the drink that we ordered and leave. I told him to give them a second chance. They continued to pass by us and not serve us. When I was about to get up a guy came with salad. So I decided to give them a third chance. They continued to pass by us and not serve us until finally one guy served us 2 times. I only had 4 small pieces of meat (1 chicken wing, 3 pieces of meat). The blonde girl at the entrance (the hostess) ignored our initial request of a high chair. She was too focused on her phone and on eating fries. I had to keep asking her for a high chair until she eventually brought one. We ended up paying almost $170 and left to Wendy’s afterwards because we weren’t being served food. Very disappointed. I told the waiter nicely to give us the check and I express the bad experience we had. All he did was to give us the full bill. I told him if he was still going to charge the full bill even though the food was still in the table because the meat was so hard I couldn’t even chew it and that the servers kept passing by us and not serve us and all he said was that it wasn’t his fault. My husband asked for a manager and the blonde girl laughed hypocritically and said that he could talk to her. She paid no mind to him. They refused to get a manager and started gossiping with one another right in front of us. I ended up paying the bill and we left disappointed and dissatisfied. The place looks really nice, but eventually a cute face doesn’t pay the bill. And to top it off I was not only I charged an 18% gratuity but also an additional tip that I did NOT add to the bill. I was robbed in broad daylight. The only way you will be served fast is if you know someone that works there. There was a big party table next to us that got served right away and guess what these were the people that were hugging with 2 people that work there. Also, another table that was sitting in front of the bar. They knew a worker and right after a hug, they got served as soon as...
Read moreMy date and I visited this restaurant on the evening of 3/5/2025 . Our waiter (unfortunately, we didn’t get his name) was great—attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of. The food also came out quickly, and we enjoyed our meal.
What wasn’t okay, however, was the unsettling experience we had with the lady behind the bar. From the moment we arrived, she repeatedly stared at us . At first, I brushed it off, thinking maybe she had zoned out, but after the third or fourth time, it became clear that this was intentional and deliberate. Each time I made eye contact , she wouldn’t break it, and I would look away out of discomfort. There was only one other couple besides us in the entire restaurant, sitting at the bar, and occasionally I could see them looking at the woman staring at us, and then looking over at us too trying to figure out what was up. It was weird.
When I mentioned it to my partner, she saw the same thing. My partner sat to the left of me and it was hard for her to see behind the wall/ pillar and she had to lean over to look to see. When she did, The woman leaned over too to continue staring TWICE, mirroring my partner’s movements as my partner tried to see what was going on. At that point, I decided not to look away, and as soon as I kept eye contact, the woman walked over to our table. I immediately asked her if everything was okay and why she kept staring. She responded in Spanish in a defensive tone. What she didn’t realize was that my partner also speaks Spanish and responded. My partner let me know that the woman claimed she was "just making sure everything was okay ," which made little sense considering we had a waiter taking care of us, and we had never interacted with her or approached the bar. Our waiter was always within reach too.
For context, we were the only Black customers in the restaurant. After she walked away, she didn’t stare again—until my girlfriend got up to use the restroom. At this point we were about to leave so I was over it/ didn’t give it the time of day.
At the end of our meal, we informed our waiter about what happened, and he said he would speak to her. While we appreciated his response, this experience left a lasting negative impression and we do not recommend/wont be...
Read moreI've been to Rodizio spots all over the world and this is one of the worst ones I have ever ate at.
Me and my wife felt like having Rodizio and decided to check this place out. We ordered the Rodizio, calamari as a app, 2 Caipirinhas and my kid had the chicken fingers, and a soft drink.
The Food. Most of the meat that was dropped on our plate was burnt and dry. I personally prefer my meat medium rare but could also enjoy well done. The meat was not well done, it was burnt dry and wasn't even seasoned properly. After me and my wife took our first bites we immediately looked at each other with faces of disgust. The selection of meats was also very limited compared to other rodizio places I've been to.
The service. The girl who was serving us was really nice but I felt like we were being rushed. She kept wanting to take our plates from the table and we kept telling her that we were still waiting for the pineapple. On top of that, our Calamari app was a no show.
The Bill. 18% Gratuity is added to the bill whether the service is good or not. I typically leave between 18-25% tip in cash money but you don't even have the option to pay the tip in cash. They just automatically tack it on your bill and also add the credit card fees. I've eaten at much better Rodizio places for at least 25% less. So forget about value here.
The atmosphere. It's nothing special and I didn't expect it to be. It's a small rodizio spot. The drinks were the only thing that I would recommend.
If the food and experience was good I wouldn't have even mentioned anything about the bill but being that we were so disappointed with the food and service I couldn't leave it out. Needless to say we will never be...
