JD Electronics — Local services in Elizabeth

I went in to get my galaxy zfold's screen fixed on February 23rd 2024, one of the workers told me it'll cost $300 and to pick it up Tuesday the 27th. I came back Tuesday ask politely if my phone was finished. The guy in the picture said it's not done yet because the part hasn't arrived from ups yet, so I ask a simple question, if they send the phone out to be fixed the guy again said the part hasn't arrived yet then out of the blue said he can't fix my phone.

I was confused because he said the part hasn't come yet but then said he can't fix it then gave me my phone back. Horrible customer service and communication. I have no idea what I did to piss this guy off except ask one or two questions! Horrible service! The guy in the picture has a horrible attitude!

Fui a arreglar la pantalla de mi galaxy zfold el 23 de febrero de 2024, uno de los trabajadores me dijo que costaría $300 y que lo retirara el martes 27. Regresé el martes y pregunté cortésmente si mi teléfono estaba terminado. El tipo en la foto dijo que aún no está terminado porque la pieza aún no ha llegado de UPS, así que hago una pregunta simple, si envían el teléfono para que lo arreglen, el tipo nuevamente dijo que la pieza aún no ha llegado y luego salió. Del azul dijo que no puede arreglar mi teléfono.

Estaba confundido porque dijo que la pieza aún no había llegado, pero luego dijo que no podía arreglarla y luego me devolvió mi teléfono. Pésimo servicio al cliente y comunicación. ¡No tengo idea de lo que hice para enojar a este tipo excepto hacerle una o dos preguntas! ¡Servicio horrible! El hombre de la foto tiene una...

Came in to have my screen, screen replaced np...2 weeks defective, brought it back , they tried to sat it wasn't there screen and since I didn't have receipt , that the young boy didn't give to they couldn't fix it ...thank God i charged it so I had proof. .got it back they damage the speaker part , I had to take some where else to get it fixed...never again , was thinking about...

I love how friendly and professional are, i brought a few electronic, pay my phone bill, and had a couple repairs of the screen of my iPhone. After a few years of knowing them i close my eyes and trust them with any advice, prices, products they have to offer. Don't think twice feel comfortable and free to visit them with any problem with your phones or if u need to buy...
