Natural Nails — Local services in Elizabeth

I came to this nail salon for the first time on Thursday 4/28/22 for ombré acrylic nails. I had already been told not to go there because the quality was poor but because I was nearby and was short on time I had no choice. By Monday one nail at a time started coming loose. By Wednesday All the nails were loose. Thursday I came back to explain to the man with the blond and black hair that this was an unusual occurrence and if he didn’t mind fixing it however he used the excuse that it had already been a week and that it had to have been something that I had done. I explained that there’s no way that after one weekend that all my nails would have the same problem. He stated that if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay. After much back and forth the man stated that he was no longer comfortable doing my nails. I explained to him that this was nothing to make personal however just to know that the products being used might not be of good quality I ended up leaving with my nails not fixed. Answering to the location: it’s NOT “TOO EXPENSIVE FOR ME” I’ve paid more & OFCOURSE I’ve looked for another better , TRUSTWORTHY AND CLEAN place. Again, my problem is you’re charging $5 to cut your nails when you’re already getting a manicure is DESPERATE! The problem is that what you’re doing is trying to get one over the customer, telling people one price and charging another. THATS my issue. & don’t act like you didn’t have an issue with two other customers while I was there. Just goes to show how you treat your “customers”. Shame on you! Work on getting better reviews and doing better work, out here trying to play me like I don’t have enough $.

DO NOT GO HERE. Skip this place. They are charging $5 to CUT YOUR NAILS & $15 for a SIMPLE REGULAR FRENCH. Despicable. My first and LAST time.
