Chilton Towers — Local services in Elizabeth

While the residents in passing seem pleasant and cordial, the building and management company has been the real problem. The service calls you often make will be a struggle to get completed. For months we have been addressing a noise complaint with the leasing agent with no real solution. Several packages have gone missing over the months from multiple shipping sources being listed as delivered and when we were promised a solution from the building, we were ignored for over a month until it was pressed again. I had been asked to be kept abreast of everything in writing via email because of the lack of effort on the building managements behalf at this point as well as my frustration, but instead we were visited in our home and insulted by both the leasing agent and building manager with, you guessed it—no solution. This has probably been the worst living situation I have ever had, with the most unorganized or unmotivated management I’ve experienced. Just moved out of these apartments and figured I would leave a review.

The building itself is nice and kept up well! Parking for 2 cars is a little less pleasing. You are given one spot. There’s a gym and community room. The basement also holds the laundry room which your allowed three machines at one time. I recommend doing laundry either early morning or late night.

Management is SUPER helpful with any issues and the super Luis is magnificent. Luis made our time at Chilton more enjoyable then we could have imagined.

Main issue is the sirens, but that’s a me issue and not a general issue. The fire trucks ambulances would always sound sirens when going through the intersection in front of the building.

I cant say enough about Chilton Towers. I lived there for seven years and have no complaints. Secure, friendly, and walkable. The staff is always kind and it is always clean. During the winter the lot is always shoveled. Massiel, the property manager, was the best while I lived there and even helping me during my move, always keeping me informed on each step in the process. Even while I lived there you could tell she really cared, by setting up events and holiday functions for the building. It doesn't go unnoticed. I also want to thank the owners of the building for being honorable people. It was a bitter sweet goodbye but I will always have good memories...
