I wish I had a choice to give them a rating of ZERO! I placed my order via Pizza Hut website. Unknown to me, Pizza Hut has Door Dash to deliver my order. Got the food before time. Cool right! Nope! Gave my kids the first box of pizza, which was cheese. Mommy, where are the drinks? Shoot! The delivery guy forgot to give me drinks. Called him immediately. He informed that Pizza Hut didn’t give him any drinks. Now, I called Pizza Hut. Phone keeps ringing until I am transferred to their call center, chose option 3. Fax line picked up. Called again and once again transferred to their call center. At the same time, my eldest comes running in the run, Mommy, Mommy I caught the baby eating pork. Huh? We don’t eat pork in my household. I go looked; yes, the second box was pepperoni and not grilled chicken. Now I’m beyond UPSET! Now I chose option 1. I informed the representative. She said I will transfer you to the store. I told her that they are not picking up. She said she will transfer to a manager. Talked to a manager, in my opinion, who couldn’t care less. She transferred me to the store - where once again the fax line picked up. Called again and once again transferred to the call center. The lady said I will transfer you to the store. I explained to her NO ONE is picking up. She said they will. Believe it or not, a man picked up. This man had the right to BLAME me! He said there is no way I got pepperoni pizza! Why in the world would I make this up??? I told him you can call me via FaceTime or WhatsApp to see the damn pizza! Is this what customer service is today??? And, then he proceeded to blame Door Dash. I did NOT place my order via Door Dash. I asked for his name and he said my name. I placed it via Pizza Hut website. Can you believe this? He told me to bring the pizza back to them. Hello!!! I had it delivered for a REASON!!! I obviously don’t have a vehicle to get to your door or I wouldn’t have been calling so many times. He talked to his manager. They will deliver my correct order and drinks. I asked for a credit. They gave me $5!!!! I paid almost 10x times that much! I asked for his name again! And he hangs up!!! Now I’m sitting here waiting for my correct order. I am not holding my breath!!!! Pizza Hut hired better people!!!
Update: Door Dash just delivered my order. Once again, NO drinks. Talking to Pizza Hut once again. At least this time, I’m talking to someone who is much nicer. Let’s see what happens….
Second update: The second person ended up transferring me to the person who blamed me. This time he was apologetic. Now he knows they MESSED up! He came saying I’m sorry. Wow…however, there is no more deliveries for the night. They are giving me another $10 credit. Pizza Hut do better! This could have been all avoided. And please learn what is called...

Read moreRegarding the Newark Ave location: I made an order online, received a text stating that door dash will be delivering our order. The order status was on preparing your meal, then on the way along with a text stating on their way.
I live less than 3 miles away from this location. It took two hours and when I was inquiring about the order, a young lady said, “you’re the order with the soda right?” I reluctantly and with confusion said Yes. She said they just left (mind you they said it was already on their way).
My boyfriend went to look outside and the box was on my cement stairs in a very public area aingleft there for an unknown amount of time. All I kw is it was cold! I called to nicely inform them that we was not notified, called , nor updated via the website that the delivery was made. I spoke to a young man who apologized and gave a $20 credit on my next order. He says that I somehow I have 2 accounts but to ask for him if I don’t see the credit on my acct.
2weeks later, I attempted to place another order thinking this time will be ok. I did not see the credit and called several times. Longer story short no one in the local store answered the phone. After several rings, the call goes to an outside person that tries to take your order. I told them about the discount and complaint from the previous service, they kept transferring me to a que that looped me back to the same people over and over again. This lasted for an hour now (yes I’m currently typing while on hold)!!
