Great Wall Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Elizabeth

this place is horrible. the cheese wontons have crab in them which it is not listed on door dash or anywhere else. my friend ate it and she is deathly allergic to seafood. once we realized , i called the restaurant and that’s when they told us that there was crab. I told him that he needs to make sure it’s listed everywhere. I then got hung up on mid conversation. i called back and my calls weren’t going through anymore. I got my friends phone to call and it went through, when he answered and realized it was me , he started yelling, and he then started to say there wasn’t crab in it. but the first call i made he said there was. this is very disappointing and i’m never ordering from here again....

There is an older Chinese man who work there that is nasty over the ph and worst in person. I used to go there for 9 years since the food is not bad and they are 3 min walk but I don't go anymore since this older Chinese man screw up my ph order and a couple times did not have my order made after it was taken over the ph. Very bad customer service. Plus over the years to many cooks have come and go. When you get used to a style or taste next month you may get a surprise since the cock was changed. Take my advise use another Chinese restaurant. Until they get rid of that old Chinese man who argues with customers and can't get along with Co worked I will never...

Food normally be hot and excellent and on time well tonight the driver was a whole hour behind schedule food was not as hot as normal food however was still ok but unsatisfied with the driver and how my food was handled this evening unprofessional should not be receiving my food a hour late when I only live 10 minutes away.
