Purchased an electric bike from their about 1-2 weeks ago and its been falling apart ever since! I've asked the salesman(Asian guy) how good the bike was and he told me "very well quality, won't break. " ever since then the bike has been falling apart piece by piece, the seat won't even stay in place aswell as the handle for the bike, the pedals fell off, and tires fells out of place. this guy is a SCAMMER! I asked him how much for a phone holder for the bike and he tried to charge me well over $65 for cheap quality! and for him to repair my bike he tried to charge me over $200 for simply replacing the tire, and fixing the pedal I spent almost $400 on this bike and I expected it to be good quality! I wouldn't suggest purchasing anything from here at all! good customer service but a fast talker, and bad quality bikes stick to Amazon, or other online retails that offer a much better experience and policy...
