Well let's see I ordered a Dish Garden arrangement for Mother's Day. Placed the order on Wednesday. I was flexible on time of delivery as long as they made it by Mother's Day. Saturday 2pm still no flowers. Called to check on order only to discover they had delivered the flower arrangement to the wrong address. Not simply the wrong address number but the entire wrong address. Hey but the town was correct. I know this because the lady gave me the abbress they went to. But when I started to give her the correct address she was able the finish the correct address for me. Apparently there was no one home at this wrong address so the delivery person left it with a neighbor.
Now still I'm curious why I never received a phone call which they had my number. Just guessing maybe they don't have long distance service. Nor did they call the house that the arrangement was being delivered to, again which they had the number. A local number for the tri-cities area. But rest assured they got my credit card number correct and I was billed within less than an hour of placing the order Wednesday.
I almost want to give them props for making a delivery at 5:30 Saturday afternoon. But when I placed the order and we were discussing what to send they suggested outdoor hanging basket, and I clearly said No to the hanging basket... Well you guessed it they delivered a hanging basket. So if your hundreds of miles away this may not be the best place...
Read moreDissapointed... I called and ordered a bouquet for my wife. I told them I wanted lilies as that was her favorite. They told me they were a bit more costly and I told them I didn't care. They gave me the price and I asked for a little garnish as the flowers were more important as they were her favorit they said that's what they do. I was nervous as I didn't know when they were coming as it was getting later in the day the next day and they close so I called and they said they would be on their way. They came and there were a total of 6 lilies small and dis colored, they put purple roses and some white things and the green garnish. Some of the white accents and purple flowers were wilted and were turning brown along with some of the other mix. You could barely see the lilies. I felt like they had forgot me and just mixed what they had left in stock. I ordered local as I want to keep business local and they had a decent rating but I feel I should have called the 1 800 numbers to get a better...
