Staff at Home Sephora was incredibly attentive and kind. Within seconds of coming in, Jessica was quick to ask me about my skin needs and how she could help me. She was able to recommend multiple products and explain the various benefits of each brand. Katie helped me match the right product color and product to my skin type. Both girls were fun and approachable. This was easily my best Sephora experience ever. They took the time to explain ingredients in products and the importance of a quality skin care routine. I feel like they built on my needs and concerns rather than up-selling based on my insecurities. I felt valued and like I left more confident and excited. Worker went above n beyond... I was needing a short sleeved dress shirt in extended size for my father... And oddly enough the store only had long sleeved shirts.... The worker was not busy in jewelry center.. Offered to help me ( i must have looked lost)... She went through the clearance racks and helped me find what i needed. She was great. True customer service.. Most workers in this store want to help you...would be 5 star... But who doesnt carry short sleeved dress shirts for more than 3 months out if the year? Many people rely on jcp for extended sizes... Or funeral clothes... And they should keep the short sleeved dress shirts readily available at least 6 months a year......

Had a weird experience at this store today. I rarely go in this store anymore because it's not what it used to be. Anyway, went in at 10:45 today and there were about 6 other people doing as well, when suddenly an employee started shouting "we're not open yet, we're not open yet!" I told her the doors were open and she said that was her fault and she told us to leave. People put their merchandise down and left and i don't know about the other women but i didn't go back. With this kind of nonsense this store won't stay open. Sad. She was more worried about getting in trouble than...
