Lance. Let’s talk about accountability. At approximately 9:24 PM I try to order some food online and the B’Dubs site was down. I started calling the Elizabethtown location at 10:30 PM. No one answered until 11:19 PM. I placed an order and was told it would be ready before midnight and I agreed. I arrived at 11:57 PM and the doors were locked. They had began to clean up and close early. When the bartender opened the door she informed me that no food had been made. I asked for a supervisor and somehow got Lance. Lance try to convince me that I had somehow gone to the wrong Buffalo wild wings as if there’s more than one location in Elizabeth town. He didn’t try to convince me I called the wrong restaurant. I had to show him in my phone the time stamped call log in order for him to agree that they had taken an order for me but somehow just didn’t make it. Rather than taking ownership he just kept saying oh that’s just so weird. He didn’t offer to make the offer to make the food. I told him the food was for an autistic child that will only eat specific things. The cook who was off the clock stepped up and cooked my food for my child! Lance tried to blame me for “ordering so late”. He said to me what should I expect. What should I expect? How about accountability and you doing your job? Lance then try to charge me full price for the food when the entire meal should’ve been comped. I had to argue with him to convince him to give me a seven dollar discount on an entire order that they refused to make and tried to lie and say that they didn’t even have. As a manager the very least you can do to show a customer you’re sorry is give them the meal that you refuse to make for free and he told me that I needed to see things from his point of view in his perspective as if it is my job to understand why he can’t do his job. Lance had one job. To make sure the food was made. Lance is a failure both morally and as a manager. I am not from Kentucky and told Lance that, he tried to bribe me off with a $25 credit next time I’m in. Why would I go back here again? If you are smart you...
Read moreMy friend and I went into the restaurant with her 15yr old daughter . Her daughter sat at a table near us while on phone and watching tvs and my friend and I just chatted. My friend ordered 2 orders of fried pickles and 1 lit and I got a sweet tea. We chatted about God and etc. The manager approached as about my friends daughter sitting at another table and asked " if everything was okay "? We just said " yes and that we just wanted to hang out " . My friend quoted scripture to the woman mgmt and she gave dirty looks. The manager acted like my friend had done something wrong because her daughter was at a near by table and kept coming to our table . The employees kept going to her daughters table . Idk what was said but police were called, we believe the woman manager called and police asked if all was okay but the daughter was at a table near by and we said yes. Police took my friends name and info and her daughters and left. We got so much disrespect at this restaurant while there because of this and nothing was done wrong. The girl was 15yrs old and was at a table near us . We will never go back . It's truly sad Christians can't go into a restaurant these days like this place and talk about God without getting evil stares. We felt as if it was our conversations about God and that's partly why the workers acted like this . Absolutely...
Read moreGreat place to go for food anywhere in the country. Tonight aside from the food the only bad experience was with our waiter. It was 4 of us waited cause of the rush no biggie. The way she served us well let's just say we'll I've been treated like this before in some ways, but not while I'm paying for the food and service. It felt like we were there bothering our server Krystal. So far this is one of the worse service I've had in my life at a Buffalo wild wings. I love the restaurant the food but dam this time it was pretty bad. She would smile at other tables let just say my pigment is not as light so kinda saw the connection right away. I asked for a Pepsi in the middle of my dinner and she just like tossed the straw on the table with a sour face. I mean if your going to work at a restaurant especially one as diverse as BWW I'm pretty sure they don't want their customers to be treated like myself and my group were today. I sae the restaurant was busy but I've been there at this time a few weeks ago and had quite the opposite experience. I wish I would have gotten her name she worked there I wanna say 2 Thursday ago in the evening on the left side of the restaurant. She was amazing but Krystal was totally 180 of what I experienced that day. I mean I will be back to eat at BWW, but definitely if I get her again I'll just get...
