Subway — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

Sunday, October 5 at 4:50. It was our clean day, and the food planned for dinner did not thaw. So we decided on getting subway. We have gone inside and got our food, and always got exactly what we wanted. I ordered on the app this time, so my husband could just go and pick up. My sandwich was prepared right , but not toasted as I asked. My husband's sandwich did not have any of the right veggies on it. It had veggies on it he hates. No mayo, mustard as he asked for, but had some kind of hot sauce on it! His also was not toasted as asked for. When I called to talk to manager, she was not in. You have one job, make a sandwich the way customer asked for it. It is so freaking wrong to be worned out from cleaning, go pick up dinner and pay a small fortune for 2 sandwiches, just to have sandwiches not prepared properly as asked for. My husband could not eat his because wrong veggies and covered in hot sauce. Maybe you think it's funny to make a crazy sandwich or just don't care. Money is tight for everyone. You should get what you asked and paid for. You get paid to make sandwiches, it is your freaking job! Please take pride in your work, and stop ruining other people's day and wasting...

On another day perhaps it would have scored higher. I went through the drive thru and ordered a meatball sub on flatbread-foot long. I had a specific amount to spend and wanted to buy cookies and extra cheese so when I asked for the price of the cheese it was an important ?, so when the woman abruptly replied she didn't know... Did I want it on my sandwich I was slightly annoyed. I decided to just ordere it w extra cheese but w LIGHT sauce. I'm driving, wanted to save part for later, and too much tomato sauce upsets my stomach--regardless of my reasons I didn't order extra sauce! I should have realized I was screwed when she came back 2ce over speaker and asked what I wanted on sandwich- I wanted extra cheese, light sauce and then plain. The gentleman at the window was wonderful! Asked if I was part of the soccer tournament... Evidently that is why everything was so slow-they were unexpectedly slammed. I would have rated higher, because gentleman was trying so hard to cover for woman and be kind, but couldn't over look rudeness and long wait when they made my...

Asked for spinach wrap and was told they were out of them. Cashier at drive-thru suggested the tomato basil wrap. I asked if it came in a footlong (since the wrap only showed calories for one size) and was told it only came in footlong size. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese footlong (for breakfast & lunch) and when it was handed thru the window you could immediately tell it was not a footlong sandwich. I again asked the cashier to confirm it was a footlong and she stated again that the wraps only come in footlong. I paid the $9.39 and drove home. Upon taking the wrap from the bag I was VERY disappointed when I realized it was no where near a footlong sandwich...barely over 6 inches! (SEE PICS). Please be forewarned that if you are ordering a footlong wrap and expecting it to be anywhere near the size of a regular footlong you will be sadly...
